I LOVE my job as a Realtor. After teaching school for 15 years, it was time for a career change and growing up with a dad who was a real estate agent, I realized that Real Estate was in my blood.

I will work for you to ensure that you have a smooth and successful transaction whether you are buying or selling a home or property. I will assist you through the entire transaction and beyond to make sure everything goes well.

My specialty areas include, but are not limited to, West Sacramento, Southport, Bridgeway Island, Bridgeway Lakes, Sacramento, Elk Grove and Natomas.

I work with residential property, investment property and bare land.
I am also familiar with FHA, VA and conventional lending. I will write a contract that reflects the best interest of my clients in regards to the specific loan program they are using.

One thing I pride myself on is FOLLOW THROUGH and returning phone calls PROMPTLY.

I am a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I am also a Lifetime Masters Club Member.
