I was born and raised in Sandpoint, Idaho, and that upbringing shaped my deep appreciation for family, community, and the North Idaho lifestyle. Even though life has taken me to different places over the years, this region has always felt like home.
I'm married to a wonderful young lady, and together we've raised two amazing children --- our 18-year-old son and our 22-year-old daughter. When our kids were little, my wife and I were living in Nevada, and we knew there was no better place to bring them than Northern Idaho, with its incredible outdoor lifestyle and strong community values.
In the summer, we make the most of everything this area offers --- hiking, biking, and enjoying every lake and river we can find. Winter brings skiing, snowboarding, and sledding with family and friends. No matter the season, we're grateful to live in a place where the outdoors, community, and family come together so naturally.

I bring to you a strong work ethic and an unwavering level of honesty and integrity. Prior to joining Windermere Cd'A Realty, I worked for a number of years in construction and site management. I then began my Real Estate career in 1985 and worked diligently to become a top agent with an international company. My success in sales lead me into Real Estate Management where I specialized in Project Marketing and New Home Development. I continued my marketing and management skills while living in Las Vegas, Nevada. I worked with the Sands Corporation as one of their Senior Management at the Venetian Resort. I prided myself on a dedication to unmatched guest service. When we moved back to Idaho I was so fortunate to be introduced to Windermere Cd'A Realty. They are like my family.
