Remember, Real Estate Brokers don't make the rules, regulations, or real estate forms but we do have to follow them.  We are like Limited Liability Lawyers and are held to those same standards by the state(s) in which we are licensed.  I adhere to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, my own morals and standards and commit to doing the best job I can representing you with your Real Estate transactions.
