With construction experience from the rehabilitation of many properties I can give you helpful insight and customized service into maximizing the potential of each home, rental, or commercial space. I self-manage my own developable residential homes, multi-family units, and commercial structures which has given me the insight into being a successful investor and advisor to my clients.
