David Pope did an amazing job helping my wife on her first house 20 years ago that we asked him to help with the sale of our house and buying a new one.
He was incredible in putting together a range estimate of what my house was possible to be sold for compared to the surrounding area as well as walking us through the process of putting the house up for sale and also helping us find our new house.
His attention to details was phenomenal! His communications were great and always made sure to check with us as soon as something new came in he thought we would like.
He worked both early mornings and late evenings to accommodate our schedule as well as staying on top of the sale of our house. He even provided spare boxes he had to help our move progress in a more timely manner.
His suggestions and work were instrumental in selling our house above the asking price. My wife and I could not be more pleased! He was great!!

Buying the land was an all-around positive experience. David was on time or early to all appointments. He treated me, a widow, with respect and was open to being included in a group text with my adult children. When we grew weary, he gently nudged us to finish the race, whatever our decision, so we wouldn't be caught with a wrong decision at closing date. He followed through with every step or question. He came to me highly recommended, and did not disappoint.

David Pope has helped us sell one home, buy and sell another, and purchase land for a custom home. He has been VERY helpful in both understanding the market, sharing his thoughts and insights as well as helping us understand the feasibility of the properties that we looked at. He offers great services when selling a home, such as great photos, videos, staging, social media marketing and obviously comp comparisons. He helped us be patient for the right offer based on his research to know what other homes in the area of similar or less quality were selling for. Communication with Dave is always prompt and thorough. I love that he even changes his voicemail message every day to let me know when would be the best time to get ahold of him and when I should expect a call back if I chose to leave a message. Another advantage when working with Dave is that he knows MANY of the other realtors and is able to use those relationships to help make the purchase or sale go much smoother! I highly recommend working with David if you’d like to get the most bang for your buck as well as help the process go smoothly!

Truthfully, it took some time to come up with the words to describe how incredible David is. I met David amidst a very difficult time in my life. I was amidst a divorce and needed to sell our home. Unfortunately, due to the nature of things at the time, and having not lived in the home consistently for nearly 4 months, the house was in a very dire state, as was I. David came highly recommended to me by a colleague. As I was navigating major life difficulties, David was a reassuring force through all of it. The house was my largest asset, yet I had very little emotional stamina to deal with the clean up and repairs that needed to be done to prepare it for sale. I was at the point where I was willing to let it go as is. Though I could tell David was struck by the state of the home, he was caring and nonjudgmental. He understood that life happens, and very quickly reassured me that we were going to get the home sold. He was positive through the whole process. David went above and beyond any real estate agent I’ve ever utilized. Aside from handling everything related to the sale of the property, he invested his own labor and time to help the house as much as he could. I was blown away when he told me he took an afternoon to power wash the deck, because every little bit of help will matter. He coordinated repairs, staging and marketing materials with great efficiency, and had several resources he shared that brought the home back to life. He was strategic in every aspect, and continually built my confidence through the process. I found myself reinvested again. He sold the home the week it went on the market. I learned so much from David as a first-time seller. He taught me what a competitive offer looked like. He also referred me to an amazing team in Pierce County. Coupled with the knowledge I learned from him and referring me to another real estate team he trusted, I was able to purchase a new home on my own, to which I consider the greatest achievement I’ve ever made. As a single woman, I did not think it was possible in this market. I will be referring ANYONE looking to purchase a home in Snohomish County and the areas David serves. He is a perfect combination of strategic and compassionate. I’m eternally grateful to him and his team.
