Hopefully you’ll understand the parallel I’m trying to draw in this paragraph. I thoroughly enjoy the game of Golf. It is the only sport that I am aware of in which you enforce the rules and call penalties on yourself. I take that mindset into the real estate business and have fun doing it. So call me as I can make that 230 yard shot out of the rough, bend it around the big tree guarding the green, and follow the rules while doing it. P.S. After 40+ years of golf, I still don’t have a hole in one but my wife does and I hear about it constantly.

Before Real Estate:
I grew up and lived in Iowa for 30 years. Worked for Cargill, the Nutrena Feed Division, and owned a small mill in Blue Grass, IA. In 1984 I had my mid-life crisis early and moved to Oregon. No network, only knew one college friend, no job, and little of that all-important commodity known as Money! We struggled for 5 years but it was the best move ever. Ultimately landing a great sales job in Premium Pet Food, I have traveled 5 states and British Columbia extensively for 12 years. Tired of travel, I left that industry and got my Real Estate License. This has been the most rewarding endeavor I have undertaken as a work profession.
