David has a wide variety of experiences that may benefit Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate. He played a leading role as part of his family’s corporation in buying and selling farms and other real properties over decades in several states. In addition, he played a leading role in his family’s development of a premier 80-unit housing development and as his family’s company Sales Manager successfully marketing manufactured homes in the Southern Oregon area.

David has volunteered in his community in a variety of roles serving on the Boards of Directors of his local school district, local hospital, electrical cooperative, and local farm supply cooperative. He also was elected and successfully served a term as a County Commissioner.

Prior to his association with Windermere Van Vleet Real Estate, David worked with Century 21 Agate Realty in Brookings-Harbor for many years and along with his real estate partner at the time, received many sales awards for excellence.

His goal presently is to assist his clients to the best of his abilities in purchasing or selling real estate in the local area.
