David brings a wealth of experience to every real estate transaction, with a background that blends business leadership, development, and community service. For decades, he played a key role in his family’s corporation, overseeing the purchase and sale of farms and real properties across multiple states. He also led the development of a premier 80-unit housing community and, as Sales Manager, successfully marketed manufactured homes throughout Southern Oregon.

Beyond real estate, David has been deeply involved in serving his community. He has held leadership positions on the Boards of Directors for his local school district, hospital, electrical cooperative, and farm supply cooperative. He was also elected to serve as a County Commissioner, a role in which he helped shape local policy and community growth.

David’s real estate career spans both Windermere Van Vleet and Century 21 Agate Realty, where he and his business partner earned numerous awards for sales excellence. Today, his goal is simple: to provide his clients with skilled guidance, clear communication, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome—whether buying or selling in Southern Oregon.
