With over two decades of experience in real estate finance, investment and management, David Hall brings a uniquely informed perspective to the Park City market. His career spans leadership roles at private equity firms and lending institutions, where he originated and managed over $1 billion in real estate transactions across the U.S. and Canada.

Before relocating to Park City, David served as a managing director and COO at several respected real estate investment and lending platforms. His deep knowledge of complex financing structures, development strategy, and asset management makes him a trusted advisor for clients seeking both primary residences and investment properties.

David holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University. He has also shared his expertise as an adjunct professor of real estate finance at Baruch College in New York City.

Now based in Old Town Park City, David is passionate about helping clients navigate the nuances of the local market—whether buying, selling, or investing. His data-driven approach, financial acumen, and client-first philosophy set him apart in one of the country's most dynamic resort markets.
