As a fourth-generation Seattleite with a 25-year career in real estate, Dave Douglas is familiar with neighborhoods in the Greater Seattle metropolitan area and the surrounding communities. He has listed and sold properties from Camano Island to Granite Falls to Enumclaw including condos, townhouses, and vacant land, and is willing to travel anywhere to help his clients.

Dave is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and is well versed in meeting the unique needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. Dave is also a member of a group formed to meet the needs of Puget Sound residents considering downsizing and retirement options.
A LITTLE ABOUT DAVE
Before earning his real estate license, Dave worked in the industry for more than a decade as an inspector, valuating properties for banks and title companies. He is a graduate of the University of Washington, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. In his free time, Dave enjoys crabbing, salmon fishing, and spending time with his family on the Oregon Coast.
