Real estate may be the vehicle, but helping people is really my passion. Education and Designations:

Managing Broker License – Obtaining a Managing Broker’s license is on par with getting an advanced degree in real estate. This license requires advanced knowledge of real estate law and practices and is a benefit to any buyers and sellers who work with me. Member of the National Association of Realtors(R) (NAR) and Washington State Association of Realtors(R) 

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) – My advanced business degree covered aspects of accounting, finance, marketing and strategy. As you can imagine, this is very helpful when it comes to helping my clients buy and sell real estate.

Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) – I have undergone additional training on the art of negotiation. Negotiations don’t just begin with a contract. A good negotiator is mindful of upcoming negotiations and proactively lays the groundwork.

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) – This designation has prepared me to handle all the different facets of luxury marketing. From global publications to online exposure, marketing a luxury property takes more knowledge and expertise than a typical real estate transaction. My past sales history qualifies me to participate in the Million Dollar Guild, recognition for outstanding performancein the million dollar - plus luxury home market.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - Realtors(R) who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievment in Residential Real Estate. Only 29,000 Realtors(R) nationwide have earned the credential. 

Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) – I have obtained additional training on the concerns of seniors buying and selling real estate.
