My Bio
My experience:
I started my real estate career in 1994, working in both new construction and residential resale. Before real estate, I had a background in customer service, and that has always stayed with me. I believe listening, communicating and taking good care of people are some of the most important parts of this business.
Over the years, I have worked with many sellers, helping them prepare their homes for the market, determine the right pricing strategy, market their property and negotiate through the sale. I still actively work with both sellers and buyers today, which keeps me involved in the market and connected to what our Brokers and their clients are experiencing every day.
New construction has also been a big part of my real estate career. I have had the opportunity to work with five of the top builders on the Eastside, representing and selling their new homes. That experience gave me a strong understanding of new construction, from floor plans and design choices to pricing, marketing and what buyers are looking for. It has also been very helpful throughout my career when working with sellers and buyers of both new and resale homes.
In 1999, I moved into management, while continuing to stay involved in sales. One of the things I enjoy most about management is helping Brokers succeed. Whether someone is brand new to real estate or has been in the business for many years, I enjoy helping them work through challenges, grow their business and reach the goals they have set for themselves.
I see myself as a leader, coach and business partner. I am here to support my Brokers, answer questions, work through problems and help them build the business and career they want.
My commitment to you:
To provide ongoing help, support and guidance as you work toward your professional and personal goals. I believe it is important to stay educated and informed in an industry that is always changing, and to share that information with my Brokers and clients.
I want to provide the tools, support and resources you need to maintain and grow your business. I will encourage you, be available when you need me, help you through the difficult situations and celebrate the successes with you. I also believe a good manager knows when to offer guidance and when to get out of the way and let you do what you do best.
My philosophy for success:
Love what you do. Stay educated and informed. Take great care of your clients and always put their needs first. Work with integrity, listen, communicate and be willing to solve problems.
For me, success in real estate has always been about more than the number of transactions. It is about the people you help, the relationships you build and the reputation you earn along the way.
