Working with David was an exceptional experience. When we first met with Daniel, we discussed what was needed to get our home ready for sale, and he was there at every step of the way. He was helpful at looking at the condition of our home and offering suggestions on what needed to get fixed for sale, and what didn't need to get fixed (i.e., hardwood floors). He had a list of people that he trusted to do some "handyman" fixes, along with what I fixed and updated. Having the home staged was also a key part of our joint sales strategy, and Daniel was able to recommend an amazing stager that made our home looked like we were still living there, but in an organized and clean manner (i.e., the house didn't look "staged" as brokers mentioned to Daniel, as well as subsequent buyers). Once we were ready to put our house on the market, we had the perfect home ready to go, all clean and sparkling like a gem. We had A LOT of interest in our home, and ultimately we had a buyer that liked the home so much they put in an offer we couldn't refuse (i.e., all cash offer, $50K over asking price with a 12 day close). Also, the house closed in one day on the market. Wow.
Again, it was an absolute pleasure working with Daniel and we can't thank him enough for his professionalism, and most importantly, getting the most money out of our beautiful home.

Daniel & Hannah were amazing to work with, the overall experience was awesome. TBH I have always been skeptical of RE Agents having had a few negative experiences, but this was the opposite. They first listened, an amazing skill that gets lost often, and heard our vision. Then when we asked they gave us their professional opinions. We didn't always agree on every little detail but that as totally fine. They managed the contractors on a prework fix up schedule which went smooth as we were in transition to moving out of state. We were out of state for the listing but they communicated clearly throughout and in a timely manner, and we ended up getting well over list price which we were very happy with. I would recommend them again without question.

We are currently listing with Daniel and Mercury of Charter Real Estate. I wish we had had someone like Daniel working with us when we first came from out-of-state and bought our home on Bainbridge. If you are new to the area, it can be very disorienting--every neighborhood seems like it's around that bend and just behind that stand of trees! Unlike our first agent, Daniel is a native of the area who truly understands the nuances and history of all the neighborhoods.
