Dan was the perfect person for us in our home buying process. We met him while touring an open house and instantly felt like he was the right realtor for us. Dan was recommended to me by a close family friend here in North Idaho. I had three properties to sell and not all of the properties had straight forward situations going on with them. After my first week of work with Dan to start the process of getting things going with the first property, I could tell I was in good hands. Dan has amazing communication skills and was able to tailor make a separate and distinct marketing strategy for each one of my property's. Once listed, Dan kept in frequent communication and kept me up to date with interest and what the market was doing. When we received offers, Dan walked me through the process and kept me calm about issues that may arise. Thanks to this skill on the paperwork and negotiating the ins and outs of all three of my sales, each was a very smooth process. I would also add that Dan went over and above 100% to help me since I was having health issues and my husband had recently passed and will be forever grateful for him! Dan handled our real estate transaction very promptly and efficiently. He worked with the seller to get the information we needed and verified that all items the Home Inspector identified were taken care of and coordinated the short term rent back to the seller. Dan also worked closely with the agent handling the sale of our home in California, to coordinate same day closing on both properties and connecting the escrow companies at both ends to wire funds from one escrow to another.
Both of our agents did and outstanding job and made the sale and purchase process very easy.
We highly recommend Dan Hummer for anyone buying or selling a home in Northern Idaho.

Dan Hummer is a complete god send. His help, advice, and guidence was impecable and we couldnt have sold our place without him. Hw's not afraid to get in there and do some litteral heavy lifting.
