Dane joined Windermere Ballard in June of 2002. He has 28 years of experience having been a real estate broker since 1991. Starting out of college in commercial real estate and then investing and renovating homes for several years prior to being a full time agent at Windermere for the past 17 years. He brings a unique set of qualifications to assist clients in several aspects of the real estate market whether it maybe the purchase or sale of commercial property, looking for and evaluating homes for substantial renovation or the representation of buyers and sellers of their homes.
