5+ stars for Cydny Wells! Cydny helped me with the sale of an estate. She guided me through the entire process even though I live in a different state. Her communication was excellent. I always knew what was happening. She knows her market and she knew what needed to be done to get the estate sold.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Cydny. SOLD! We closed on the Kenmore house this week and could not have done it without Cydny Wells. She truly went above and beyond to close this deal. We had to move out of state and could not list the house until we left. She took charge and helped us coordinate everything. From watering our grass to keep it green to wrangling with underwriters, she is a saint! We talked almost every day for the last few months, and it was a joy - even when she had bad news to share - because she always had a solution. I'm so thankful we could work with her, and if you need a realtor/broker, I highly recommend you work with her too. Wow is our experience! Cydny sold our mom's and our home in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic within a couple days of listing for each. Multiple offers due to her expansive advertising the listings on facebook Zillow and the MLS. The professional pictures she paid to have taken made our modest homes a palace. Cyd spent hours helping me stage my home (brought in personal items) and helped to ensure my home was as it’s best! Cyd managed every detail from start to finish. When my home sold Cyd closely watched escrow making sure I was informed and receiving every document to ensure a timely close. Cyd did an amazing job for me and I would recommend her to anyone! Cydny is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and informative. Through our process, my husband and I had so many questions and concerns and she was very forthcoming and honest in her answers. I have no doubt that her goal was to find us a home that WE love. I never felt rushed or pressured and she was always available when we needed her. Cydny was very professional and tenacious in selling my home. She followed up on every showing, and counseled me on what to say and do every step of the way. She certainly looked out for my best interests. She talked me into a higher price than I originally thought and would not let me budge, as I wanted to reduce after a few weeks. She knows the market and process very well. I would highly recommend her, and would use her again.

I've worked with Cydny on 7 different real estate transactions on the eastside, both buying and selling. I can highly recommend every aspect of her work, she works harder for her clients than anyone I have ever known. Cydny Wells has always been a stand out as the real estate agent I would want to represent my clients, friends and even my own real estate needs. This is because she really does her homework, knows her market and can communicate that to her clients effectively. She tells the truth and says it like it is and she is always dead on. If you don't want to waste time and want extensive, professional marketing of your home with world wide exposure she is your gal. As a buyers agent she is who you want negotiating for you. Cydny will educate you along the buying process and will look out for you every step of the way. When it was time to list my condo, I called Cydny. I had seen her number on another for sale sign, and as soon as she answered, I knew I made the right decision. She knew exactly what was needed, where to price my unit, and made an appointment to see me the next day. She came to our appointment prepared with all the necessary paperwork and answers to all of my questions. I moved out of state approximately one week later, knowing my condo and interests were in good hands. Cydny maintained an appropriate amount of contact with me and provided meaningful updates. Buying and selling can be a stressful process, but Cydny minimized that and kept my part easy. It was a pleasure working with her - she is a true professional.

I met Cydny almost 20 years ago when she represented the seller for a home my then-husband and I were buying. We were so impressed and comfortable with her that she has been the real estate agent for each of us since, as well as for friends we have recommended her to. Between the two of us we have worked with Cydny on numerous transactions, by my estimate at least twelve, with Cydny as either the listing or selling agent. She has been a top producer for years for good reason!
