When your realtor becomes your friend, you know they are the real deal, and that’s Crystal. She’s an amazing person - smart, kind, open and honest person with a great sense of humor and incredibly thoughtful too, and she brought all those qualities to the table when we first met her while house hunting our first home a few years back. The market wasn’t buyer friendly at all, we were looking within a small area, had erratic work schedule, were in a hurry but Crystal somehow made it work, in her quietly confident unfazed manner - she took time to understand our needs, firmly steered us away from rushed wrong decisions, and when we saw our dream home, we all knew and we started talking cabinet refinishing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! As out-of-state buyers, Crystal was immensely helpful in narrowing locations and ultimately finding our dream home. We met crystal as an agent referral and presented her with a difficult task: find us a house or a family compound, with an area surrounding the Puget sound. Crystal didn’t back down from the challenge and continued to educate us on the pro’s and con’s of each location. But you sometimes just have to experience it…so we hopped a flight up and Crystal cleared her schedule to show us houses from Guemes Island to Olympia, and everything in between. She even brought her daughter of similar age to ours to keep the kiddo engaged on the long days and to make friends in a new place. We settled on Bainbridge Island for a location and continued our search from AZ and listed our house for sale. Our house sold in 4 days and quick close meant we were moving but had not settled on a WA house yet. Crystal quickly found us a rental home on a month-to-month and found is our dream home within 2mo of moving. She did a great job with negotiations as well. Crystal was referred to us as we were considering a move from Seattle to Bainbridge Island. From the first conversation to the final close, Crystal was exceptional along every step. We had no knowledge about the Island, she took us around, listened to our needs, anticipated every question including things we didn't know to ask, and helped us find the right home for us within a shorter time frame than expected. Mrs. Crystal Hill is an outstanding realtor with extensive knowledge regarding the NW Washington State area including Seattle, Bremerton, Bellevue and surrounding communities. She always has the best interests of her clients in view and will go all out to meet their needs. Crystal was amazing. Hands down the best real realtor we've ever worked with. I highly, highly recommend her. We've owned properties across the US for ourselves or as investors - in NY, CT, CA, IL, and here in WA. Have worked with top producing realtors and in most of my interactions I've been disappointed with my representation. But never with Crystal. She helped us buy a house in Bainbridge Island during Covid which prevented us from traveling here. She took videos, photographs, did Facetimes with us, went to the city to get building permits, and most importantly helped us get an amazing price for our house. She was always available (one of the few realtors that answers her phone on the 1st try!) and super responsive on text or email. I can't say enough about her. We are so happy we had the privilege to meet her.

Crystal Hill is the greatest real estate agent anyone could ever ask for. She went above and beyond helping us to navigate the entire home buying process. From the beginning of the house search to closure, everything was far beyond expectations. Finding a house in the current market could be very stressful. She was always available, she knew exactly what to offer, she provided us with all the details on the house, brought our attention to things we need to know. She was genuinely interested in finding us the perfect house not just selling one. When we found the house we loved she work with the selling agent, guides us through the bidding competition. Crystal Hill and Jennifer Martin with Keller Williams Realty are the best! I recently relocated to Bainbridge Island from MI and wanted to buy a condo. I lived in my MI home for 35 yrs so was clueless re: the buying process. Crystal and Jen helped me every step of the way. They were patient with my questions and their professionalism and expertise were invaluable. They were extremely knowledgeable re: the area and immediately contacted me when they were aware of an available home in my price range. Crystal is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and in addition to being a great realtor she is a great cultural guide: she went out of her way to help us understand everything about our new community. She immediately made my family feel welcome and still checks up on us to see how we are adjusting to our new home. She personally took me on a half day tour of the town, as we were from out of state. She is highly proactive, detail-oriented, a great negotiator, and a very positive person all around. Highly recommend!

As a member of the Navy I was worried about going through the home buying process from all the way across the country but Crystal quickly quashed any feeling of worry I had. Anytime there was a good looking house that popped up and met my criteria she would get me a video tour within 24 hours. once we found the one she made sure that I was taken care of and that nothing shady was going on. Crystal really looked out for me and made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend working with her.
