I just cant say THANK YOU enough to Collette for all the help and support she was to our family during the sale on my cousins home. She was super knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. Collette responded to text and emails very quickly and was quite patient w US and ALL our questions. She explained how the offers and counter offers would work, and the best part is, we were able to accept a full price offer by the end of the 1st day of listing.

Collette has gone above and beyond in many ways with us during the purchase and sale process. We started looking at homes in 2018 off and on and didn’t purchase until 2021. That did not deter Collette, who was happy to hear from us every time we wanted to look at a home. She also kept up on the going ons in our current neighborhood and knew the updated numbers for our current home no matter how long it had been since we had last contacted her. During the purchasing process, she kept everything on track by keeping on top of all of the moving parts in lending, title, and even insurance. When we had questions about easements and the like, she made us a priority and found the information ASAP.
There are other things that I am sure I am missing, but we highly recommend Collette.
