This is accomplished by spending weeks and month's hands-on prepping seller's homes for the market.

We even own a 30 foot moving truck BigBird, that we use to assist in decluttering, moving and pre-listing house prep projects that include the design and management of the contractors to help transform our seller's houses into turn-key homes that buyers will appreciate with higher sales prices and be competing to purchase.

Specializing in hands-on pre-listing house preparation, complimentary staging and moving via our moving truck and move-ups across Lake Washington while making dream homes come true. Real Estate studies at Rockwell Institute with 600+ hours of class time. My collegiate education consists of a Bachelor’s Degree in Cold War History from Washington State University and a Graduate Degree in International Economics from the University of Economics, Czech Republic.
I grew up in Anchorage Alaska and spent my summers in Downtown Chicago. My family moved first to Lake Hills in Bellevue, then to the Issaquah Plateau in 1988.

I love raising our family in the Somerset neighborhood of Bellevue with award-winning schools, a safe neighborhood but with easy access to hiking on Cougar Mtn., lake Washington & Sammamish, DT Seattle and Snoqulamie Pass.
