Meet Claudia Gentzkow - LUXURY ADVISOR - REALTOR® Ⅰ Broker SRES Sr 50+ Specialist
Northwest Native and area Broker since 1999 - changing tides with each season...
MY BIGGEST SATISFACTION is helping my clients—both Buyers and Sellers—navigate the process of buying and selling when it comes to home. Luxury comes in all shapes and sizes, and it evolves with us throughout our lives. Specializing in view and waterfront properties, luxury homes, and relocations means there's no one-size-fits-all solution.
When I work with Sellers, I simplify what can be daunting and complex and guide them through everything from property prep, inspections, title issues, to marketing, listing, and closing. For Buyers, I walk them through all the "what-ifs" and "how-to's," ensuring they understand whether a purchase fits their financial picture and personal goals. As a Luxury Advisor my access to marketing is expansive, the reach is global and the Windermere company Luxury Advisor network is invaluable.
Whether you're buying or selling, the “WIN” starts with a positive introduction and effective negotiations at every step. I genuinely love what I do, so I always make time for the unexpected and creative pivots that help keep everything on track.
As a Pacific Northwest native, I’ve called Fox Island home since 1999. I have a degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Oregon and spent 15 years with large architectural firms, including Nike, Inc. in Beaverton, where I dived deep into retail marketing and store design.
Life changes—like marriage, moving here, starting a family, and my passion for real estate—led me to switch career paths. Little did I know, my education, negotiation skills, and project management experience would play a huge role in my real estate relationships, giving me a competitive edge.
As a REALTOR®, BROKER®, and OWNER since 1999, I know the Puget Sound region inside and out. I’ve built an invaluable network of resources that make getting things done easier. I’ve owned investment properties, tackled my own remodeling projects, and even built a custom home on the water. I moved here for love, but the stunning environment really hooked me; I’m all about that saltwater lifestyle!
You’ll often find me in my outrigger canoe, paddle boarding, boating, fishing, playing golf, or just soaking in the salt air with family and friends.
It’s never too soon to start the process.
