Working with Claudette was a wonderful experience! First she helped us arrange a bridge loan so our offer would be looked on as cash, then helped us find our new home and quickly wrote up a strong offer that was quickly accepted. Then she assisted us in preparing our old home for sale, convincing us with facts why certain things were necessary. She also 'babysat" the house while contractors were working there, while it was on the market and in the gap before closing. Her hard work got us an unbelievable offer which went smoothly to closing. My wife and I are very happy we chose to work with Claudette. She worked with us for roughly six months and was a great guide through the often daunting process of selling our house. Her referrals for contractors all worked out very well, and her attention to detail went a long way toward getting the most out of the sale. I once worked as a filmmaker, and the experience of selling the house reminded me very much of making films: so many people and "moving parts" that need to be coordinated and timed so that all the pieces fall together by a deadline, within a budget, adhering to best legal and financial practies, and with as much fidelity to the original goals as possible. Claudette would make a great movie producer. She is an excellent real estate agent!

Claudette Meyer sold my small house (970 square feet) for $10,000 more than the asking price. Incredible! I was a first time seller and a nervous wreck! I would have thought that I was Claudette's only client and that she was selling a million dollar home, considering the amount of time that she spent with me. That time was spent promptly answering my many, many questions -- often daily. She was always available. I wasn't sure about hiring a professional stager and photographer, but I trusted Claudette's judgement and they did an fantastic job. Finally, Claudette's confident demeanor carried me through to the final signing. She was a rock. I couldn't have asked for a better representative.

She asked great questions and did a lot of research so that we had the full picture of the house we were buying. We have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with Claudette Meyer since 2010. She helped our daughter to find her first home in Seattle when she moved up here in 2011. Recently, she helped us sell our previous home in Edmonds. She is highly professional, detail-oriented, and knows the market very well. She gave us excellent advice both times, for our daughter and for us. She gave us a lot of her time, expertise, and observation on what needed to be done to sell our last home. It was a somewhat difficult market, with homes in our price range, not selling rapidly. With a lot of hard work and sprucing up of our property through her supportive encourgement and recommendations, we sold our home in three weeks at an excellent price. Aside from being very professional, she is personable and a delight to work with. We would always return to her for any future buying or selling of a home.

I highly recommend Claudette. She is knowledgeable, professional and responsive to any thing you may need. She suggested great resource people to assist me with some repairs that were needed as well as mover suggestions that worked out quite well. Her photographer did an excellent job with photos of my property and they showed very well on the website. My experience with Claudette as my realtor was outstanding.

This review is a bit overdue, well really way overdue... however is a very heartfelt one. I can't begin to express how much I appreciate her professionalism on this sale! I was so very impressed by the help she gave me in preparing mom's home to sell, setting the price, selecting the right offer and then getting the sale closed on time. My mom's home was located in Lynnwood, WA. The sale closed early June 2018. Thank you Claudette for all your professional help in making this sale. You made the magic happen!!!

My experience with Claudette was fantastic from beginning to end. I was selling my Seattle condo while living in Portland, OR. Claudette is very familiar with and savvy with understanding the market and comps and how to approach pricing. She helped me understand how my unit compares to similar ones and also what types of buyers would be interested. She provided plenty of data and personal insight. Claudette is warm and friendly and also business-like in that I never felt rushed, I never felt like just another transaction, she took the time to know me and took interest in my life as it relates to this big decision. At the same time, she kept the business side of things appropriately paced and to-the-point. Claudette is very accessible. She is also proactive about contacting you and is very good at providing you with exactly the information you need as you need to make the next set of decisions. So, I always felt informed but not overwhelmed. Claudette is a chess master when it comes to reviewing offers and negotiating. Our instincts aligned when considering a "too good to be true" offer; we were cautious. And Claudette did detective work to help me select the most secure offer that fit my needs. I'm completely satisfied with Claudette and frankly, the process almost seemed "too easy" considering we were communicating across state lines thanks to her expertise and wonderful personality. Claudette's experience helped us pick the right things to update/upgrade in our previous home to add resale value to it. As we looked for a new home to purchase, her extensive knowledge of the area was a huge benefit when it came to some of the historical data of an area. When doing home walk throughs she was very thorough, and detailed, pointing out the good and bad points to work that was done on the home, giving perspective where needed was very important. She helped us negotiate well and stay in a budget that worked for us. I have worked with many agents, and Claudette has been the best i have seen at the details

Claudette is the realtor you want and need. I was lucky enough to work with her 9 years ago when she worked tirelessly to find me my first home; she negotiated hard for the price and terms I wanted. Then when it came time to sell that home, she helped my husband and I as sellers. She took her time to do appropriate local research, worked with our expectations patiently, and in the end delivered a new comp in our neighborhood. Claudette makes herself available and most importantly, is an ethical person you can trust. My husband and I had to use a different realtor when we moved and had the exact opposite experience- we should’ve just brought Claudette with us!! Haha!!

Claudette is the best agent I have ever worked with. She not only helped me sell my house, she helped me navigate legal entanglements I had to go through in order to sell my house and she was honestly better than my lawyer! She was my life coach and cheerleader through the whole process and when I decided to sell off-market, she didn't bat an eye and stayed as dedicated and thorough in her attention to my needs. She even helped coach me on my new home purchase even though I wasn't working with her on that one due to it being out of her geographic area of specialty. She was ALWAYS there when I needed her and preemptively extended help before I even knew I needed it. You will be in the best hands if you work with her because she really knows her stuff!

As immigrants who have just lived in the USA for about 9 years and knowing nothing about buying a home in the US, Claudette was everything for us. From how to pull resources for down payment, finding a lender, finding the best home, and many more. She went to the extent of finding "Jack of all Trade"-:) professional for the repairs of places that resulted from the inspection. She even arranged for a moving company on our behalf. What a great, passionate, caring, professional, knowledgeable realtor. Always available. Words are insufficient to describe how Claudette was helpful in getting us in our FIRST HOME. Still making follow-ups with us like a family member would do.

We were looking far and wide and Claudette knew the ins and outs of each neighborhood and city we searched in. She was incredibly responsive to ALL our questions and went far above and beyond what we expected. We started going to open houses by ourselves but after starting to view homes with Claudette we got to the point of NEEDING her with us when we viewed places. She remembers to check EVERYTHING! Her advice helped us win our third offer and we could not be more pleased. Claudette is incredibly thorough, observant, helpful, organized, and has a calming presence. When selling our current home she walked us through the entire process and explained all the timelines as well as documents we signed. I would like to recognize Claudette for her exceptional professionalism. Throughout the home search and purchase process, I found Claudette impeccably reliable; if she said something would be taken care, I could rely on it. She also demonstrated great agility in relating to my needs. As the former owner of two homes, I had some familiarity with the process. As a first-time buyer in Washington, I was completely ignorant of local norms and standards. Claudette was able to seamlessly transition between talking high level strategy to explaining basics. We use agents because they buffer the emotions, on both sides, that damage good deals. Claudette had to do more than her fair share to conclude this deal.
