About Cindy Seyster NCWAR

I have been licensed since 1996, and I love all aspects of my real estate career! I appreciate the challenges that need to be met, from negotiating on my clients behalf, to perfectly coordinating a transaction for a smooth closing process. More than 90% of our business comes from past clients, people who know us and trust us to give the best service possible. Prior to entering into a real estate career, I had over 15 years of business management experience. My business background has enhanced my ability to confidently solve problems and to set my standards high for the level of service I provide to buyers and sellers. I love all the Wenatchee Valley has to offer, from boating on the Columbia River, hiking nearby trails, swimming at Lake Chelan, and biking the Apple Capitol Loop Trail. My husband and I appreciate living in this community and the versatile, beautiful scenery of Eastern Washington.

I have been licensed since 1996, and came to work full time as a Realtor after selling my portion of a family owned business that I shared with my father for over 20 years. I have been self employed since graduating from Eastern Washington University, and it has taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of caring customer service. I represent the 3rd generation of successful Realtors in the Seyster family, having lived here all my life, I know and enjoy this valley, it is the easiest product to sell because of all this area has to offer.

Cindy treated me like I was a dear brother or son that she cared about. She looked out for me by helping me select a property that was easy to maintain, that didn’t have any major issues and was right within my budget. She negotiated pricing which is something I am not good at doing, she helped me avoid making the mistake of buying a different property that I was interested in. She helped me select an inspector that I trusted, because she trusted him. He did a great job, by the way, but I found him because she put us in touch I was comfortable with the process every step of the way. Cindy also helped put me in touch with an outstanding loan officer that also made the financing process run smoothly. I closed sooner than estimated because Cindy helped to coordinate an early move in with the seller.

I moved from out of state and she helped put me in touch with furniture, movers, and other services that I needed like an auto mechanic.

I am so very grateful for her generosity, kindness and professionalism. I am excited and grateful to be a resident in this beautiful place. In my eyes Cindy represents all the beauty of this place and the kindness of the people that live here.

The decision to sell was due to the death of my mother. Cindy came by the house during complete chaos, and upheaval. She reassured us that she could get this sold and handle all the details for cleaning, repairs, etc. We are so 200 miles away and could not attend to anymore than we already had to deal with.
