As the owner Broker of Windermere Valley Properties I am tasked with providing exceptional service to our clients as well as my agents. This is a path that I have chosen with the great passion and enthusiasm. I have been selling real estate since 1987 and is a licensed broker. He has been an owner of many successful real estate companies including Windermere Valley Properties, CENTURY 21 Action, CENTURY 21 Capital Group, and CENTURY 21 Premier and is now actively involved in listing, selling, and buying REO or investment properties. With his knowledge and experience, Chuck has set up systems that ensure the best service for his clients as well as his 55 agents and brokers. Chuck Vargas and his partner Mary continue to remain the only point of contact for the client and have a personal policy of answering every phone call whenever possible.
Sitting on the Board of Directors for our MLS group for 3 years with over 16,000 members has given Chuck the experience to act and react to the ever changing market and be a part of the ever changing marketing arena. The new types and sources of marketing access including Social media and local networking is a vital part of the new agent and their ability to bring a property to the marketplace.
