I’ve called the Eastside home since 1997 and have loved watching our communities grow and evolve over the years. My passion lies in helping others find their place here, whether that’s a first home, a dream home, or the right next chapter. With more than 20 years of experience in negotiation, contract management, and thoughtful client care, I guide every transaction with clarity, confidence, and heart.

I’ve lived and worked in Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Redmond, Issaquah, and East Renton Highlands. My children attended schools in the Lake Washington School District, where my husband now works as an educator, giving me a personal connection to the families and values that make this region so special. I’ve also had the privilege of supporting clients and building strong relationships throughout the Issaquah, Bellevue, and Lake Washington school districts, offering local insight into the character, culture, and lifestyle of each community.
