My wife (Cindy) and I have been blessed with being in a position to buy new homes and as we are sure you know the vast differences between buying new vs used. When we decided to move to Camas to be with our Son, Daughter in Law and most of all our three Grandchildren we were already thinking new.
Actually, for close to a year and a half that’s what we did! After exhausting the Camas/Prune Hill areas we began branching out to some of surrounding Cities only to find that they didn’t offer the infrastructure that we felt we needed. So, we started looking in Zillow again looking for used single story homes in the area we wanted to live in. For the next few months we did the Open House scene and after a few months we were about ready to give up. My wife while looking at Zillow every couple of days came across the listing for a home that pretty much checked off most of her boxes, we attended the open house on a Sunday and met Chris. We were unsure on what the process was to buy used vs new? If it wasn’t for Chris taking the time to spend with us explaining the next steps and answering all of our questions I not sure if we would be in this house today. She is so Knowledgeable of the industry, passionate about her job and
