My husband and I were moving from out of state to an area we didn't know and had no connections with. Luckily, we found Chris and he helped us find a terrific home. He was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us look at different neighborhoods and weigh the benefits of them. We were extremely selective in finding the 'right' home for our family, and worked with Chris in finding our home for nearly an entire year. He was very responsive with us by email, text and phone as well. He also was very good at including our young children in the process; he never dismissed or ignored their questions or interests, and made them feel included in the entire process. We ended up buying a house that Chris managed to get us in to see the day it was listed. We are confident that Chris (with his expertise, connections, and negotiation skills) is the reason our offer was accepted. He is a terrific agent and wonderful person - couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Chris was always ready to answer any questions we had, anytime of the day. He was supportive and knowledgeable about all the details of this challenging process of home buying. He was very patient and personal with my wife and I with all the viewing of homes and answered any question we’d throw his way. I more importantly valued the fact that he took care of me and our family knowing we are a military family. He helped us transition from renters to being new homeowners. It was not an easy thing to do but knowing we had Chris on our side we always felt assured and confident in his work ethic. Anyone looking for a GREAT realtor should call Chris? Chris is the go-to guy! Not only did he help us buy a great house sight unseen, but he has also helped us with every referral that we have needed along the way. Painters, general contractors, etc. He is patient and was very helpful in the process of closing a difficult sale. We had a situation where the sellers did not want to cooperate with us at the end and did not want to be out on the date agreed. This was a problem because we had movers coming from Nevada with our stuff. Chris was not afraid to play hard ball and make sure that we got everything straightened out as agreed in the sale. We have referred everyone we know to Chris. He is our forever guy.

I worked with Chris about 2 years ago in purchasing our home. This was during the beginning of the pandemic, and that in itself was tough enough without the craziness of the market, which we had at that time as well. From start to finish, the searching and buying process was almost a solid year! Never once did Chris ever make us feel like we were a burden or taking too much of his time; he was open to our opinions and requests and made a point to remember our wishlists when he would send over links for houses. Something special about Chris is that he is so personable and friendly, while remaining totally professional! He made friends with our kids (9 and 4), and made them feel validated when they spoke, and that was a a huge thing for them. Chris somehow kept up with all of our questions and requests to view homes, and kept in mind all of our criteria. One really good example of his supberb customer service is when we found a great home in an area that wasn't in the school district we really wanted, we decided it was worth the change in district. Just after the offer we made was accepted, he called and told us that he had a house that was about to be listed that was in the exact area that we wanted, that met every criteria we gave him, and was just what he thought we were looking for. Based on his honest description, opinion and the photos he was able to show us, we made the very difficult decision to retract our offer before we even toured the home. We would not have been able to make that decision if we didn't trust Chris implicitly. It was the right decision, and I am so glad to have found a realtor in Kitsap county that we could trust! Based on his performance on the purchase of our home, I can honestly say that we will only be working with Chris for any future sales/purchases in the future!

I’ve always heard horror stories about buying a home. I was nervous to purchase my first home but Chris Keough made the entire process very smooth and comfortable.
