Chris was FANTASTIC when my spouse and I purchased a home in Kitsap this year. We had talked for several months before we were ready to move forward with buying; and in the meantime he set us up with property search emails that matched what we were looking for. It never felt like he was pressuring us into anything. He was flexible with our schedule, always replied consistently and quickly, and is very knowledgeable about Kitsap county as he is local to the area. We were out of state for nearly the entire process but Chris made it very easy to do everything remotely. We had a complicated transaction with a contingency offer and Chris was able to help us navigate that every step of the way. He helped us purchase a home with everything we were looking for, for a great price, and in a prime location and neighborhood. Out of every real estate agent I have ever worked with, this has been by far the most pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

Summer 2025 update: sold a rental property and of course had to work with the great Chris Keough, awesome person highly recommend looking forward to future million dollar properties together. Purchased a home early March 2022 with Chris. He is an excellent realtor straight with the facts that you need to close on properties. Very efficient and solid communication. It is hard to say enough good and positive about Chris as a relator. From the first encounter I knew that this was someone that had my family's best interest at heart. I spoke to Chris about how other relators I had worked with had applied pressure to get me into a house and get their profit without really taking the time and energy to help me get the right home. The last relator before Chris had made the buying process a nightmare with me having to do the leg work on calling up constantly for the mortgage needs, pushing on escrow, etc. Chris assured me this would not be the case with him. I trusted him, but still had skepticism. Goodness but that skepticism was incorrect! Selling our home Chris was so incredibly helpful and informative with getting us just the right amount of additional work done at a great cost in order to minimize our expenses and maximize profit capability. He was constantly available for questions and when my poor husband realized that I had jumped ahead in terms of desire to just get the house on the market asap, Chris was right there to make things happen and reduce stress. In the buying process Chris is in my opinion the reason my husband, my daughter, my dogs, and myself are now in our dream forever home There were numerous times were we were quite tempted by a home and it was almost right. I very much believe that if Chris had not kept stating that he wanted us to find our forever home and did not want to have us just turn around in a few years and have to be selling again, that we would have jumped at one of those good enough for now houses. When we found our forever home Chris was every bit on top of things as my heart could possibly desire. He was immediately following up with our mortgage broker (whom he had recommended to us) and the selling agent. His quick action and intelligent insights on how to write the offer meant that we succeeded in having the sellers accept our offer before a bidding war could begin (multiple offers coming in on the Monday when Chris helped get them to say yes on the Sunday). As I watch my 2 1/2 year old daughter play in her play room and have one of my great danes at my feet as I write this, I could not imagine a better relator to have gotten the honor of working with. We are home and honestly I have never felt so right and so comfortable in a home. We are home because Chris had our best interests at heart and did exactly what he had said he would do from that very first phone call onwards.
