Chris was incredible to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers and we changed our criteria and our minds more than a few times. Finding a realtor that had availability for early morning and later evening showings was huge because of our work schedules. Chris found us house after house and we were always looking at them as soon as WE were available. While he is a busy man, we are sure, we NEVER felt like he had other clients. We felt top priority! He is knowledgeable and helpful in explain the how's and whys of the home buying process. I have recommended him to all of our friends and will continue to in the future.

Chris was always ready to answer any questions we had, anytime of the day. He was supportive and knowledgeable about all the details of this challenging process of home buying. He was very patient and personal with my wife and I with all the viewing of homes and answered any question we’d throw his way. I more importantly valued the fact that he took care of me and our family knowing we are a military family.
He helped us transition from renters to being new homeowners. It was not an easy thing to do but knowing we had Chris on our side we always felt assured and confident in his work ethic. Chris also referred us to great resources he knew in his network and we will never be able to express how much we appreciate his dedication in helping us purchase our little house on the hill.

My husband and I were moving from out of state to an area we didn't know and had no connections with. Luckily, we found Chris and he helped us find a terrific home. He was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us look at different neighborhoods and weigh the benefits of them. We were extremely selective in finding the 'right' home for our family, and worked with Chris in finding our home for nearly an entire year. He was very responsive with us by email, text and phone as well. He also was very good at including our young children in the process; he never dismissed or ignored their questions or interests, and made them feel included in the entire process.
We ended up buying a house that Chris managed to get us in to see the day it was listed. We are confident that Chris (with his expertise, connections, and negotiation skills) is the reason our offer was accepted. He is a terrific agent and wonderful person - couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Chris was wonderful to work with. A friend recommended him to us and we are so happy she did! Chris made us feel like we were his only clients, kept on top of things throughout a long and complicated negotiation process, and always knew how to get answers to questions. He was patient with us and has excellent communication skills. He was willing to traipse all over Kitsap to show us properties off the beaten path on three separate occasions and didn't seem at all bothered when we ended up going with the very first house. I hope never to move again, but if we do, I will definitely call Chris.
