I have met countless real estate agents over the years. Most were during a stint as a loan officer. I have since moved on to another career. The absolute best agent is Cheryl Crane. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She listens to her clients needs and wants, and provides listings that fall within those parameters. Although one might consider that a given in her profession, my experience is it’s rarely accomplished to the level Cheryl does. She is friendly, funny, and good natured, all wrapped around a steel core of tenacity and no nonsense demeanor. Cheryl sold our house two years ago, and has recently sold us our new home. Cheryl was very patient with me. She showed me several properties and it took me over two years to find the right one for me. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Once I found the right home, she was very knowledgeable about the process and really went out of her way to make things go smoothly, since I happened to be out of town for about 10 days during the closing process. Plus, she’s just a really nice person. I highly recommend her.

We worked with Cheryl to find a home in an incredibly competitive market with very little inventory and very high pricing. She made herself available whenever we wanted to look at a property (sometimes multiple times) and was extremely timely with our requests for additional information or questions we had. We put in several offers and were outbid several times (for amounts considerably above asking price and arguably way too much), but she continued to work with us until we had an accepted offer, and then helped us throughout the closing process. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest and is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with.

Cheryl spent 1 1/2 days showing me a variety of houses, condos & senior community options in the Sammamish area. I was uncertain as to whether I wanted a small house or condo, and also unfamiliar with the area. I was looking at buying a place near my daughter's family as a 2nd home. Cheryl was patient, super prepared with background data on each location which she mapped out in advance so we efficiently covered multiple sites, no-pressure, knowledgeable on real estate values & locations, and fun to be around. I ended up deciding against buying a 2nd place due to high housing costs. Cheryl was gracious and professional - if we ever decide to move I'd utilize her services in a heartbeat.

Cheryl is a wonderful agent! She always makes time for you even on short notice. She is very pro-active in helping with your search criteria and doesn't try to sell you on places you are not really looking for. She has been our agent for several different houses now. We found each one of them in record time and all 3 closings went smoothly. Cheryl has listed each of our homes also, and always gets us a good selling price that is fair both to us and the buyer. She helped us stage each home to to look itt very best and people always commented on how lovely and liveable each home looked She even spoke with another realtor we had to use because the purchase was in Eastern Washington (out of her area) to make sure everything was going as it should be and that the other realtor was taking the same time and care that Cheryl herself does. As long as she is around, we will never use another realtor!
