Charlie was a huge help to list and sell and close our house in Seattle in 2022! We ended up with a far better monetary result than I had expected, and Charlie helped us achieve this result with his knowledge of timing the market. When we had some issues with a leak in the house during the sale and viewing process, Charlie and his team stepped in and helped to resolve the issue and keep the process moving forward while we were out of the country. I cannot recommend Charlie enough!

Chalie has sold two home for me, and two for a friend. In all cases he fully assessed the market and offered suggestions for improvement of the properties prior to sale. In each instance he indicated that the 'spruce up' investment would be repaid with dividends. He was spot on both times an gained offers far greater than our epectations. Charlie is an outstanding real estate professional. His communication skills and knowledge of the local market are excellent. Throughout the process of selling my townhome, Charlie was always proactive in communicating to me the status of the sale. He walked me through the development of the marketing plan and the sale price. In fact, once I signed up with Charlie, he took care of everything. Due to all of his efforts, we got multiple offers above the asking price. Charlie went through each offer with me and explained the details of each offer to make sure that I was making the right decision. Once the offer was accepted, his attention to detail and knowledge of the sale process made this part of the sale very easy. I was always kept informed and there were no problems. I have recommended Charlie to my friends and would do so again.

Charlie was a superb Real Estate Agent for me. He helped me sell my home in
Wedgwood and he helped me find a new home/condo in Edmonds. Charlie
had been a neighbor in the cul de sac in Wedgwood my husband and I lived in.
Bob died a number of years ago, and I trusted Charlie.
Charlie has superb interpersonal skills; he listens well; he was always available to
hear me out , to answer my questions, and to suggest places for me to go look at.
He spoke to the point, was honest, and helped me cope with the stress of selling and

My house had been a rental and was completely trashed out when the tenants left and I decided to sell it. Charlie organized an extensive renovation: flooring, paint, yard work, all kinds of repairs, you name it. He took care of everything. It really was "full service". The only thing I had to do was write checks. When the house was staged (by Charlie's partner Marina) it never looked so good, and it sold for more than I ever hoped for. I can't say enough good things about him. Should I ever decide to buy or sell another property, he definitely would be my go-to guy!

When you Google "going the extra mile", there should be a picture of Charlie. My experience with him was beyond my wildest dreams and beyond any possible expectation I ever could have had. Charlie bent over backwards to help my Mom sell her house that she had lived in for 50 years. He was extremely patient with her as this was her first time ever selling a home. He went so far above and beyond for my Mom, answering all of her questions and helping her every step of the way. He even helped her look for an apartment! We listed our house on a Thursday and by Tuesday we had NINE offers! And the offer we accepted was 28% over list price! Charlie is amazing at what he does. Selling my home of nearly 50 years, was a tremendous concern. My son contacted Charlie Cowan to guide us through the process. When we first met, he was very encouraging, putting a booklet together for us. He looked at the house and listened to thoughts on repairs. Charlie has excellent people to work with and the repairs were done quickly and well. We had several discussions on how to proceed, each he made very informative. He listens carefully, and responds with great assistive ideas. He not only guided the house sale procedures, but took time to show potential new residences. A house inspection was done with practical and reassuring responses by Charlie, as to the next steps. Staging an empty house was recommended to enhance the appeal to potential buyers. Beautiful furniture, pictures, and accessories were placed – very nicely done! Charlie chose a market date, arranging for visitors and open houses. So organized! Necessary paperwork for the sale, was completed with his son, Tom, also a broker. We reviewed offers, with my son, after only 6 days! Charlie Cowan is very knowledgable, informative, practical, and reassuring. Tom is a great assist! They worked very well with my son, and myself, and kept us current on everything. We have purchased two separate homes where Charlie was the selling agent as well enlisted him and his son to help sell our previous home. Working with them was a pleasure, keeping us well informed throughout the process. When we were selling, the market had just begun to turn down and Charlie helped us with making high-impact changes that would help our home sell, including coordinating new carpeting on a short turn-around time so that we could get the home listed quickly. Both Charlie and Tom's knowledge of the area really helped, because our neighborhood has an interesting history and they were able to bring that into the listing and to potential buyers. We plan to be in our new home for a long time but would happily recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Charlie (and his partner, Tom) were awesome helping us find our home in Magnolia. The housing market was crazy at that time (2020/2021), but they guided us through it without making us feel rushed. They were super patient and always had our backs. With them, it felt more like friends helping us rather than just realtors. If you need someone who knows the market and treats you right, definitely go with these guys. They made house-hunting a breeze!
