I would highly recommend Chad Jackman to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home. He was such a professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fun person to work with. The moment we decided to sell our home he got everything up and running so quickly, and our house was sold in 5 days. Then when it came to buying a new home, he always made sure he was available to show us houses whenever we requested. He made our moving experience very enjoyable.

Chad did a great job for us. He took the time to get to know our family and our house needs. He really worked hard for us to search the market and find homes that met our criteria and area we needed to be in. He kept a positive attitude when we lost out on houses we made offers and his perseverance was the key to us getting a great house in the end. He is a great guy. Chad is an honest, insightful and proven expert in both the buying and selling processes. Not only that, but he is a great guy with a great attitude! Chad helped my wife and I sell our rental home, our main residence & my parent's home, while simultaneously representing our entire family on a new home build featuring a main house with a mother-in-law suite. As you can imagine, the timing, coordination, communication and overall skill required for selling 3 houses while representing a build project is enough to make even the most seasoned agents cower in fear. Chad took the challenge head-on, not only completing this massive task, but doing so without flaw, with a helpful attitude and even helped us move two different times during this process! Chad is now part of our family and should be an easy choice to represent your family's real estate needs!

Chad was awesome! So personable and friendly. It felt more like working with an old friend than with a realtor. The only complications we faced dealt with our inspector, not with Chad. Those issues were immediately addressed by Chad and we appreciate him for that!

Buying and/or selling a house is a process that involves many big decisions as you're dealing with a lot of money. When going through such decisions, it's nice to have people around that you can trust. Chad was that guy. He is extremely personable and responsive. Any time we had a question or concern he was ready to help. We sold our home quite quickly at a price we were happy with, and found the home of our dreams in what overall was a quite smooth process for all of the moving pieces that are involved with buying and selling a home. He always had our best interest in mind and truly enjoyed helping us find our long term home. Chad started as our realtor and finished as a friend, highly recommend.

As our realtor, Chad stayed with us through a deadbeat buyer and their realtor and was able to sell our house allowing us to purchase the home we wanted. With delays due to first deadbeats, he was able to negotiate an extension in buying our current home. Chad is wonderful, he sold our home and found our new home. He's knowledgeable in the surrounding areas, if he didn't know an answer he wasn't scared to ask someone that would know. Chad was awesome he was recommended to us by my wife's co-worker and from day one I felt like he had our best interests in mind. He always had plenty of homes for us to look at that he thought would accommodate our family the best. During the showings he was pointing things out to us as young first time home buyers we were not aware to look for. It gave me peace of mind knowing that he wasn't just in it because it was his job, yet rather because he cared about us finding a home and for that reason if I ever have to buy or sell again I'm going to be using Chad exclusively he's the best in town!

We are a young couple that bought our first house in Mid September. When starting the process of looking for a house we didn't know where to start. I had contacted his agency in hopes of looking at a few houses. I was not able to get in contact with those that I spoke with. I cold called Chad's agency aagain and just so happened to reach Chad. My Wife and I were able to look at a house that was under contract at the time. Although, the wife and I didn't have high hopes in purchasing the property, Chad made it possible to put in a offer. We put in an offer and following a counter offer we were able to purchase our first home. Chad not only made it possible but made the process smooth. No matter the time of day I was able to not only cold call, but text him with any questions or concerns we had. We have no complaints to give, as he was there when we needed him. He gave us a house warming gift that will sit out in front of our home(s) for ever. Chad you are truly one of a kind and I hope that if we ever leave this house that you are still a realtor.
