Cathy Dernbach Biography

Hello, my name is Cathy Dernbach. I have been a Realtor in the State of Washington in the greater Spokane area since 1985. I was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. After attending Gonzaga University here in Spokane, I lived in Portland, Oregon and the Vancouver area for about 13 years. I then returned to Spokane and have resided in Spokane ever since.

My hobbies include kayaking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, canoeing, hiking, biking, tennis, and racquetball. I spend my free time exploring the great outdoors. We are blessed to live in the Pacific Northwest. There are so many activities to choose from especially here in Spokane.

I ventured into real estate by chance and here I am 28 years later. It is my professionalism, knowledge, and genuine love of the Real Estate industry that I have to offer you.
