Get to know Cassidy
My family and I live in the Christian Valley area of North Auburn, CA. I was born in the Central Valley of California and my family moved to Loomis, California when I was young. I went to Placer Elementary School and I graduated in 2002 from Del Oro High School. I spent a small amount of time in Tennessee and San Jose, but ultimately my husband and I longed to get back to the foothills to raise our family. We have two children, Rainey and Judge, and two large, lazy dogs named Riggs and Porter. My husband also grew up in the area and he has a very large family centered around Colfax.
There are so many things that I love about this area. The proximity to lakes, mountains, and the ocean is so incredible. There aren't many other places in the world where you can have all these different experiences within a two hour drive. Placer county largely has a rural and small town feel, but is close to
larger cities and many amenities. I feel you get the best of both worlds here. The people in the community cannot be beat! I could go on and on and I feel so fortunate to have grown up here and to live in the area.
I have a background in healthcare, specifically Sports Medicine and I was a Phlebotomist at area hospitals. I also have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Therapeutic Exercise and Rehab. I learned so many invaluable skills from these positions. I learned how to have patience and
empathy for those who are stressed and often hurting. I have become a master negotiator. Let me tell you, people do not like to poked with a needle, especially multiple times a day! While working in the hospital, it was my goal to ease the stress of the experience, make people smile and feel comforted, and
to be as quick and efficient as possible. I also learned to be resourceful, have quick and critical thinking skills, how to work under stressful conditions.
Growing up, I was surrounded by residential real estate. My parents, extended family, and siblings all invest in real estate and both my and my husbands families have a background in construction. I love the idea and the possibility of working with and alongside my family. Honestly, it was kind of one of those things that I never knew that it was always what I was meant to do. I really enjoy interacting with people, especially in a time of need. Real Estate allows me to interact with people through all phases of life. I feel so blessed to work with each and every client and I am honored to advocate and help my clients navigate this exciting, sometimes stressful and complicated process.
