Casey was kept me informed of what's going on in the Seattle-area housing market. His reports helped me make an educated decision the price of the house I was selling. I bought the house in 2006 right before the market crash of 2008/2009. I managed to keep the house until 2015 when I got Casey's info from Windermere Property Management. He was able to get two offers in about a month's time. Casey did all of the legwork for me, and I had full confidence in him. We were able to get an reasonable offer in the end. He was easy to talk to, and I had no issues getting a hold him. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking to sell a house.

Casey has hustle, a problem solver mindset, engaging personality, is honest and has integrity!! He’s the one to be your agent!! He just helped me through the whole process of buying a home last Friday. The homes sell so fast where we live in Lake Stevens so he put together a good strong offer for my fiancé and I, which led to US being chosen as the buyer! Previous to this, the first time I spoke with him was on the phone and I couldn’t believe the time he took to talk to me and explain the process of how things worked. Casey has always remained so kind and professional throughout the process of borrowing and being in contact with my lenders and me, ensuring that the closing happened right down to the last hour! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience purchasing a home with Casey Holme. Not only did he have to go above and beyond because our home was being purchased due to eminent domain, he kept a positive (and humorous) outlook even when things went awry. Without Casey keeping track of many moving parts this home buying process would have been more of a nightmare. Eminent domain is never fun.Casey will also listen to you about what you're looking for in a home. He won't waste your time showing you houses outside of your price range. We were on a budget and absolutely didn't mind looking at houses that needed a little TLC. Other agents would steer us to houses they felt were better for us. Casey knew what we were looking for and had no problems having us see houses that fit what we were looking for no matter the cosmetic quirks.Casey's work doesn't stop once he's found you a house. We've had some issues come up after the sale was finalized.
