Experience

Casey has been in real estate full time since 2001, with experience in all facets of real estate—from the $20,000 manufactured home to multi-million dollar hotel development transactions. He has been interviewed for articles by the Seattle Times, Forbes Magazine & the International Examiner offering insights on the real estate market. He is a 5-star rated Zillow Premier Agent and was awarded Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent Award (2014-2020) and was named one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Washington by Real Estate Executive Magazine in 2016. He has also consulted on 2 HGTV shows.

Education

He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, he was a policy analyst with the Washington State Senate where he advised Senators on public policy issues and the drafting of relevant legislation. Because entering into real estate contracts is serious business, he makes sure to advise his clients about the obligations they are entering in to and ensures they are kept in the loop at all stages of a transaction. Where necessary, he also will direct you to other experts for further advice, including attorneys, CPAs, title representatives and inspectors.

Connections

Casey has a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals and demonstrates great care in leading them through the process of buying and/or selling their home. He is also very committed to improving the communities he serves, and volunteers with various organizations throughout the year. Casey is the co-President of the Board of Trustees for the Wing Luke Asian Museum in Seattle’s International District, including the period during their $23 million capital expansion and is a founding board member of the Washington Vietnamese Americans Chamber of Commerce and co-founder of Democrats for Life of Washington.

Personal

He and his wife Allison (a public school teacher) live in the Edmonds Bowl and attend Bethany Community Church. They have two young boys, Cameron and Tyler. Casey also speaks Vietnamese.
