With 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, REALTOR® Carolyn Edmonds listens to her client’s wants and needs, and continually puts her expertise into action to help them navigate through the process of buying and selling real estate! Known as a trusted advisor for lifestyle choices, Carolyn specializes in major lifestyle changes; downsizers, empty-nesters, people approaching retirement, or in need of Assisted Living make up the majority of her clientele.

Prior to real estate, Carolyn enjoyed project management for large corporations, non-profit management, and elected office.  While diverse in nature, the common theme of these professions was service – community service, client service, public service. Carolyn has a true passion for helping others, and is driven by providing excellent service to clients who are entering the next phase of their life.

Carolyn currently resides in Northeast Tacoma, and enjoys teaching senior fitness classes, photography, reading, spending quality time with her adult children, and going on hikes with her lovable canine companion, Henry in her spare time!

Q: What can clients expect while working with you?

“I Ask questions and listen. Often Clients have a vague notion about what they want. Or the opposite, adamant about the need for something specific. In either case, asking questions and ‘hearing’ what is not said is as important as listening to what is said. For example, a 3 bedroom house is required. Questions revealed the 3rd bedroom is needed for an office.  Alternatives the Client never  thought of are a loft or den or bonus room.  A house with a smaller lot may really mean no more yardwork. A condominium or Independent Living rental may be a possible option.”

Q: Why are you excited to join Windermere Professional Partners?

“The positive energy in the office and the owners and managers commitment to supporting their Brokers.”
