Cara has been selling real estate since 2001 and has helped scores of buyers and sellers move to the next phase of their lives. Cara is an effective advocate for her clients. She brings to buyers and sellers a detailed grasp of the market, data and strong negotiation skills, all the while with sensitivity to the individual needs of each client.  Working mainly by referral and past clients, Cara’s approach brings statistics, market information and an intuitive, empathetic personality to work for you. She like all her CoHo teammates, is client centered and data driven.

Cara lives in West Seattle and has served on the board of the West Seattle Food Bank since 2005. After several years in the business, she joined CoHo and since then has embraced the team approach to real estate as well as connecting her career to her passion for social justice and creating strong, vibrant communities. Recently her son Kayvon has joined her as a real estate broker and licensed assistant. She finds it a joy to work with him!

In her spare time Cara and her husband Ahmad like to host parties, especially large ones where family, friends and neighbors can eat great food and if lucky, dance into the wee hours of the night.
