Caitlin’s love for real estate started at a young age. As an eight-year-old, she walked into an open house, three doors down from her family home, and within hours she talked her parents into purchasing that home for their growing family. Later in life, she graduated from Marylhurst University with a degree in Interior Design. Along with helping clients with interiors, she has personally purchased, remodeled, and sold three homes. Home number four is currently a work in progress and the place Caitlin, her husband, and two daughters call home.

With her background in interior design and remodeling, as well as her keen eye for detail, Caitlin is a great asset when it comes to home staging. An expertly staged home will increase your home’s desirability and maximize the sales price. Her design knowledge is also an advantage when helping clients find a home to fit their aesthetic.
