I have structured 1031 tax free exchanges on a international level and have brokered the joint venture of Weyehauser Real Estate company & Vicwood valued at $20,000,000.00 to create the development of the city of Dupont. I have also brokered 2,000-10,000 acre raw land sales valued at $5,000,000.00 and $12,500,000.00.

About Me...

An Eagle Scout since 1982, I'm also a member of the Seattle-King Co. Association of Realtors and our office's past Windermere Foundation representative. I graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in General Studies. I recently retired from being a leader for Cub Scouts serving as the Vice President for Properties for the Mt. Baker Council of the Boy Scouts of America, where I oversaw millions of dollars worth of improvements to their properties.
