Haaken Bruce Johnson was issued his Washington State Real Estate license in 1981 and became a full time real estate agent in 1985. He began his real estate career with John L. Scott Real Estate and joined Windermere Real Estate in 1998. Mr. Johnson's professional practice has been focused on the presentation and promotional aspects of marketing residential real estate in the South Puget Sound region.
Mr. Johnson brings a unique set of qualifications to his real estate career.
He was a framing contractor and a licensed general contractor specializing in residential construction from 1976 through 1983, with a focus on quality control and preparing structures for inspections by local jurisdictions. The eye for detail that was developed during these years proved to be a distinct advantage when he became a full time agent, allowing him excellence as a staging expert.
Upon becoming a full time real estate agent, Mr. Johnson continued with his residential construction background and focused on new construction site sales, receiving extensive training in the developing and marketing of new home neighborhoods. He successfully introduced and completed many of these neighborhoods, first as project manager and eventually as account executive, responsible for all aspects of advertising and creation of model home merchandising, including training of the site sales team.
In 1998 he accepted a position at Windermere Real Estate West Campus, joining a team of professional agents that average in excess of ten years of experience in real estate. He has been an active member on numerous school district committees and focus groups, and has coached youth sports since 1990, serving as a director for Little League Baseball, as well as president of his homeowners association.
