We have worked with Brooke on several different properties and our experience has been nothing short of incredible. Brooke and her team are dedicated to the buyer and make the stressful home buying process very straight forward. Brooke is very quick to respond, always giving us updates, and when she is unavailable, always has her partner Ariel available and up to speed so she can help us. She is also great with negotiating and having a good feel for when and what to ask for as part of the deal to help maximize the benefits for her client. She is never "pushy" with referrals but whenever we needed a good resource, she always knew the best people to connect us with (i.e. contract review, house inspector, insurance resources). Her team also includes Brandi who helped us with managing all documents, timelines, and letting us know the next steps so that the house can close on time. Overall it was a wonderful experience and if we have future real estate transactions, we will always go with Brooke and her team and would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Brooke Davis was an incredible partner in helping me sell my home. She worked with me to prep the house and manage fixes that would help me get the best offer and make the house welcoming for the new owner. Brooke Davis was, as always, excellent and made the home-selling process extremely easy! She and Bec apparently effortlessly coordinated all the contractors needed to prep the house while I was on the other side of the country! Brooke has a great eye for detail and for having quality contractors - the house and staging both looked great and i got rave reviews from my neighbors. She also has a keen grasp of the proper price point and value of a house. We were able to get multiple offers and sell for significantly over list price. I've bought 2 houses and sold 2 houses with Brooke, and I recommend her in the strongest of terms! I've also recommended multiple friends to her, all have had positive experiences.

Brooke helped me both with the purchase and sale of my First Hill condo. She was amazing to work with both times. Brooke was such a pleasure to work with. She helped us purchase our new home about a month ago. This was not my first time buying a home, but it was by far the most challenging transaction due to factors on the seller's side. I’m pretty sure Brooke is the hardest agent in the biz. We’ve worked with her on both buying and selling and she has been an absolute rockstar with both. I recommend her to anyone that needs a real estate agent without hesitation. She has an incredible pulse on the market and is very professional while also being fun. She makes the buying process so much fun and gives the right advice when preparing an offer. She helped in every single aspect of selling our home. Helped us figure out what needed to do to get it ready to sell and helped us through the entire process with enthusiasm and grace. Prep work, staging, listing, open houses and the closing process; Brooke is a pro in ALL of it. There were times when we were very stressed and she was always able to calm our fears and get us excited again. I think this also makes her a part-time therapist! We moved out of town while our house was on the market and she took care of so much stuff for us that we wouldn’t have been able to do. We are so thankful for her hard work and expertise!

In a hot seller's market - we questioned if an agent was even necessary - I can confidently say Brooke and Ariel absolutely made a difference in our home sale and the value we netted, I would use them again, no question. Before deciding to list, we interviewed several agents. When considering timing for our listing, we wanted to capture when the home looked the best, but also had a specific date we needed to hit for homeownership - and the two did not match. Brooke came in with a strategy for listing during prime weather and outdoor appeal, while doing an extended close to hit our desired move out date. She and Ariel thoroughly reviewed the home to understand all of the unique selling features, were meticulous in home prep and paperwork ahead of listing, and when we went on market, every possible I was dotted and T was crossed. They established a clear review date, kept us posted the entire time on market - and guided us through reviewing multiple offers, despite listing in a traditionally slow time of year (October). Both agents were true professionals, working to earn our business every step of the way, they were incredibly responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable. This was our first home sale, and yet we had zero surprises along the way, because Brooke prepared us for every step and her plan was executed flawlessly. I have no doubt she and Ariel made our listing one to attract more buyers and higher offers than we could have hoped to have gathered on our own or with other agents we had considered. What I learned - in a hot sellers market, the right agent is absolutely necessary and Brooke and Ariel were hands down the right agents. I would recommend them with enthusiasm to all of my friends and family.

Brooke is an amazing agent and person. She made the whole purchase process easy and seamless. Brooke was very knowledgeable of the market and very experienced. She was able to identify potential issues of houses that I never would have known. Brooke was a wonderful real estate agent. My husband and I met with Brooke and Candance in April 2018 and bought in August 2018. What we appreciated the most was her prompt responses and timeliness to meet our requests and working with our work schedule (we both work fulltime). In this hot market timing is everything. This was our first home, so we were very new to the process and Brooke did a great job coaching us along the way. Through this process, we realized that my husband and I are pretty picky when it comes to buying a home, so we appreciate her patience and perseverance. At the beginning we were working mostly with Brooke’s assistant Candace and she was good to work with. She was supper flexible with her schedule in looking at homes and we looked at a lot of homes! We worked with Brooke on both purchasing our new home and selling our previous home. She and her team are outstanding and exceeded our expectations on every dimension. On the purchasing side, Brooke helped us quickly close an offer on an off-market home at a price lower that we expected based on consultations with other agents - a great outcome in a seller's market like this one. She did this by being fast and responsive (calling us back and reaching out to the seller's agent within an hour of our initial call to her on a Sunday), and collaborating effectively with the seller's agent such that we aligned very quickly on the price range and terms that were acceptable. In the run-up to close, Brooke even helped us coordinate with the seller to install a new floor before we moved in. This was well beyond what we expected from a realtor, and a tremendous relief for us in the face of all of the other things there are to do when buying a house. On the selling side, we interviewed multiple agents, and ultimately decided to work with Brooke again based on her knowledge of the area and depth of her preparation. She came to our initial discussion prepared with the most thorough set of comps to back up her suggested listing price, and had the best insights about the strengths and weaknesses of the property and how we might mitigate them. The photography and staging Brooke arranged for our listing were excellent and we received an offer at list price within 10 days. As we proceeded towards close, Brooke came through again and again to help on the little things like resolving last-minute concerns from the buyers and arranging for donation of some leftover renovation materials. We can't emphasize enough the impact of her experience and confidence in handling these hangups on reducing our stress during the sale. Working with Brooke is the best experience either of us have had with, any professional service provider, in any field, period. Strongly recommend.
