As a first time home buyer, Brian was exactly what I hoped for in an agent. He is very experienced and patient, taking care to describe the home buying process to trepidatious clients like me. Likewise, Brian was always readily available and responsive to my questions, no matter the time of day. When I felt I had to change my house criteria, Brian quickly and adeptly pivoted, while never losing track of what I truly desired in a home. When I did find my property, Brian appropriately pushed me to place an offer and was able to negotiate a more favorable price. Brian is also very knowledgeable about the north Seattle area, which was incredibly helpful. I was initially working with a broker from another firm (not Windermere) and it was not going well. I terminated the agreement with the other firm. Brian was then recommended to me by a family friend and the change in everything - responsiveness, local market knowledge, communication - everything was 110% better. He priced it correctly and made excellent suggestions to increase the appeal to potential buyers. He had it under contract in 8 days and it closed on time. He also 'had a guy or gal' for every change I needed to have done.
It took what had been a very stressful experience for me and turned it into a giant positive. Lessons learned...you get what you pay for and local market knowledge is critical.

Brian was more than a Realtor, he is more like a neighbor and a trusted friend. He was very knowledgeable and offered wise counsel as a Realtor. Brian has extensive experience and resources. His recommended professional resources (ie painters, handyman, cleaners, etc.) were great and fair with their prices. Finally, he was very available. Whenever I had a question or need help I could call or text and he’d reply very quickly. Brian helped “protect” me from the STRESS of selling my home of 44 years.

Brian did a fantastic job of not only getting us ready and pointed in the right direction, but he was a partner - helping us review numerous recent listings to generate a fair market price, guided us to key elements to sell (things to fix, things to replace, timeliness of activities, people to work with to make everything go smoothly: pre-inspection, appraisal, yard cleanup, house cleanup, etc.). Brian is well connected, easy to work with, and a true project manager end-to-end. We never felt out of the loop, and the schedule he articulated became THE roadmap to a successful sale.

Brian helped my parents navigate a tight market during a major out-of-state transition. Their parameters were very small and the desired neighborhood had limited options - Brian got them through these challenges with patience, understanding, and a solid knowledge of the market (and the complications of human nature!). Brian was always responsive and kind - and helped them get a good price in a very competitive market. I would recommend Brian to anyone!

My wife and I were recommended Brian from a family member, and we could not have been more happy with him. We had the added complexity of moving from across the country, and Brian repeatedly went beyond what is expected from a real estate agent. Brian took the time to make sure we understood the Seattle area well (we had only been a couple of times!), worked around our chaotic travel schedule, and promptly and effectively helped us anytime we had an issue, even when those things were, frankly, not his job. I could not recommend Bryan enough. We would not consider using anyone else.

Brian has been our anchor while we move from The Southwest to the Pacific Northwest. Not only was he a knowledgeable and helpful realtor, he really took the time to get to know us and our needs. Brian was able to help us find and get our home and made us feel welcome in a new city. He really goes all out- he took us to see over 15 homes in two days because that was all the time we had. We will recommend Brian and will absolutely be calling him when we are ready to sell or buy a home again.

Brian was an outstanding professional. He took the time to help us find the house we love. Many times he went out of his area to help us view a house we found on zillow. He sent us boxes once we got our house, and even checked in on us a week after we got our home to ensure we were taken care of! I can't recommend Brian enough! 10 stars!!!

My wife looked online for someone and just seen Brian's picture on the site. She called and asked for an agent and just by accident it was Brian. He was very responsive, answered texts quickly. Called and made appointments around our schedule. Friendly and setup everything for us. The coordination of his staff was great also. He even met us at the condo we were selling prior to signing so we could met and talk with him. He let us know what needed to be done to get the best bang for the buck. Overall a great experience.

This is the second time I have used Brian and his team, the first when we sold our home and this last time when Brian helped us find a great home. Brian is knowledgeable, professional and honest. It was not an easy time to be looking for a house with multiple offers etc. Brian patiently guided us through the process and gave us realistic and accurate expectations of the market and home buying process. Brian made sure that we were looking at homes that fit our needs and pointed out problems and issues that were not immediate apparent to us. He clearly was on our side and found us a great home. I recommend him highly without reservation and would use him again.

Brian was incredible to work with. He was very fast in responding to emails and texts, getting answers to our questions quickly. He was professional, honest, open, and wasn't just looking to get us into the first house we saw. To that point though, and this is INCREDIBLE, our first offer was accepted with the help of Brian, on the first house we made an offer on. We were expecting months of bidding wars and rejected offers in this market and Brian helped us get our first one, at a price that we still think is a steal. I cannot recommend Brian or his office enough, I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Brian sold our home within 9 days of listing at the list price! He was instrumental in organizing staging, handyman work, landscaping and finally mixing cat litter with old paint cans so that they can be dumped into the garbage. He followed the process until the closing. He is a trustworthy agent. We highly recommend him.
