Brian approached us during our FSBO period where we were not getting any traction. We were getting bombarded by agents who were hounding us non stop. Brian sent one letter which listed his professional qualifications (which we were very impressed with) and we got him on the phone that same day.We had a bit of a challenging project that I was unsure if anyone would really want to take on without major money invested. Brian helped us navigate home touch ups in a way that was sensible for the same without going overboard. He was flexible when we needed to delay for a week and didn't pressure us at all. I can't emphasis enough, there was no sense of pressure on us, it was an extremely professional relationship.With his guidance and his stagers and landscapers we were able to have an extremely successful open house. Even our neighbors were commenting to us about how much traffic they saw over the weekend. I don't know how he did it or where he posted it, but it worked. Our home would really only cater to a certain buyer and Brian did an amazing job finding and vetting buyers so that both the buyers and the sellers would be happy.In the end we sold the home for more than we ever hoped for or even dared attempt as FSBO and he paid for himself plus some. We are extremely grateful for his professionalism and excellence, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a real estate agent.
