Truly Brent established himself as a first class professional at every turn! He listened to me and family needs and help seek out home opportunities to fit those needs saving much time looking! He guided me through a very complicated real estate closing procedure, (quite more complicated than Oregon, Arizona and Texas where I most recently sold), dealing with all parties from sellers to title company to my loan company, facilitating bumps in the road but eventually setting a record on time from agreements to buy to final closing! I think it was 19 days though our side could have closed 2 days earlier! Bravo, Bravo, Encore to Brent!!!!! It would be difficult to find a better Agent truthfully and have a new friend!!!

Super helpful, knowledgable, and resourceful for a military family in dire need of a home before my husband deployed. We had about a week at the beginning of summer/homebuyer madness, and Brent took all of about 15 minutes to look over the houses I'd already researched, call to check and see if those houses were still available, and up and running to the ones that were ready to be seen THAT DAY. AMAZING! Even with my husband deploying and my kids and I heading out for the summer, Brent and his team were still able to get us signed up and tuned in with the right people (Bay Equity and First American Title), house inspected and repairs made, and loan completed and key in hand not more than 2 weeks after returning to the area. We couldn't have asked for a more solid realtor and team. Thank you!

Brent went above and beyond for our family to get into the home of our dreams. As with most financial transactions there were our fair share of snags and Brent was right there with us the entire time. He even got a landscaped backyard for us!!! At one point the sale of our house was final but the paperwork was not completely finished in the new house, thus we were almost homeless for the weekend. Brent made SO many phone calls to make sure our family was not sleeping with relatives. I would HIGHLY recommend Brent for anyone looking for a smooth home buying/selling experience, he is fantastic. I have nothing negative to say about the process we went through with Brent, he is a true professional.

Brent is all about the customer. He will take the time to get to know you and your needs and will be as aggressive to close a deal as you want him to be. He is absolutely a no pressure kind of guy and has successfully helped numerous co-workers and friends buy new homes. It has been over three years since we bought our home through Brent and we still get together for a coffee or a beer. He is a true friend.

Brent was very prepared when we asked to interview him to help us look for a new home in an area of Puget Sound we were not familiar with . He listened to our wish list . He was very knowledgeable about the communities we were looking at to replant ourselves to be closer to grandkids . He was very responsive to getting us into homes to look at and honest about his impression of homes. He was realistic about the market with low inventory with maintaining an encouraging and professional attitude at all times.
