Bob Steedman is the Managing Broker of the Windermere Yarrow Bay office, where he focuses on recruiting, coaching, and helping real estate agents build successful, sustainable businesses. He is known for being a steady, accessible leader who supports agents not just in their transactions, but in their long-term growth and development.

Before moving into real estate leadership, Bob spent many years at Wells Fargo, where he served as a Vice President. That experience shaped his approach to leadership, business planning, and professionalism. Today, he brings that same structure and strategic thinking to the agents he works with.

Bob believes real estate should be treated like a business, and that agents perform best when they have the right combination of coaching, support, culture, and professional resources. At Windermere Yarrow Bay, he has built a collaborative, no-drama environment focused on productivity, professionalism, and long-term career growth.

His approach is grounded in the Yarrow Bay Agent Success Model—providing agents with leadership availability, coaching, training, admin support, and the strength of the Windermere brand. The goal is simple: help agents grow beyond their current production level and build a business that lasts.

Bob works with new agents, experienced brokers, and teams who want more than just a place to hang their license—they want leadership, culture, and a clear path to growth.

He is known for being straightforward, fair, and people-focused. His leadership style is calm, consistent, and relationship-driven, and he takes pride in building an office where agents feel supported, respected, and part of a professional community.

Outside of the office, Bob is active in the community and has served as a PTA President, VP of Admissions Support at Seattle Academy, and a board member for the Madison Park Community Council. He lives in Madison Park with his partner, David, and they have two adult sons, Zachary and Eli. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, the outdoors, and traveling.
