As a Branch Manager, Bob manages Windermere RE East., Inc’s. Yarrow Bay office, the most productive real estate offices in Washington State. Bob oversees the production and sales efforts of over 100 brokers, 45+ licensed assistants, a full-time staff of 5 with an annual sales volume of over $2.0 B and is heavily involved in recruiting. He has a deep understanding of how to support sales while as a broker himself, specialized in residential properties in the greater Eastside Seattle area. Before joining Windermere, Bob co managed Coldwell Banker Bain’s Bellevue office from 2016 to 2021 and sold RE himself from 2011 to 2016. Prior to joining CBBAIN to follow his lifelong passion for real estate, Bob excelled at a career in banking as a Vice President for Wells Fargo.

An uncanny ability to connect with people makes Bob a natural at real estate and management. His sense of humor and candor engender trust, and he builds relationships easily and effortlessly, as evidenced by past clients who regularly refer him business.

Bob loves what he does and it shows. Outside the office, he’s a family man. He and his partner David, reside in Madison Park are the parents to two young men, Zachary and Eli.  He is a former PTA President, served as VP of Admissions Support at Seattle Academy while his boys attended school there and served on the Madison Park Community Council Board for several years. While very involved in the community, Bob enjoys his love of family and friends, the outdoors and he and David’s annual travel adventures abroad.
