Bill did an amazing job helping us buy our dream home and sell our well loved previous home. He is incredibly personable and navigates real estate interactions with ease. He is very knowledgeable about the broader Seattle area. He went above and beyond to make sure our old house sold and his strategies helped us win our new house. We would work with him again and recommend him to our friends and family.

Bill did an excellent job helping us buy a home! He was very knowledgeable about the market and neighborhoods we were considering. He was extremely responsive in answering all of our questions and went above and beyond with communicating. The thing we valued most with Bill was his honesty and authenticity, would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

This is the third home we have purchased, and Bill is by far the best realtor we have ever partnered with (and yes in a highly competitive real estate market like Seattle you need a partner). I highly recommend him because of his professionalism and transparency on what we should expect especially since we had a short timeframe to sell our existing house before our new house closed. His negotiation skills and knowledge of real estate contracts proved critical in buying/selling. I highly recommend Bill.

Between my husband and I, this was our fourth housing transaction working with Bill, and we wouldn't dream of working with a different agent. Bill knows the local market well, is a master negotiator, and, perhaps most importantly, an honest, likable guy who really wants the best for his clients. Even while juggling multiple clients and being a super-dad to his kids, Bill naturally ensures that each client feels like his top priority. He is highly responsive, listens thoughtfully and provides feedback without "mansplaining", and has a great sense of humor that will set everyone at ease during the most stressful parts of the home buying process. I highly recommend entrusting Bill to guide you through the home buying process, whether you are a seasoned or first-time buyer.

Bill was a rock star! He was engaged with me throughout the entire process and was very knowledgeable in all things needed to sell successfully and quickly in the Seattle market. He provided objective feedback & recommendations that helped us maximize the amount we were able to sell our house for. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking for a realtor in Seattle whether selling or buying a house.

From his intimate knowledge of the greater Seattle area, to his sage advice, Bill was the best real estate professional I've ever engaged with. For over two years, Bill advised me on potential properties with a no-pressure ease that made finding this special home that much more special.

Bill is amazing. Like most of his other clients, it is hard to figure out where to start with this guy. Bill is the type of person that you want to work with. He’s super sharp, knowledgeable and analytical with a very positive, yet realistic outlook. At the time we met, he was still relatively new as a real estate agent and I was hesitant as I’ve been an investor for nearly 20 years prefer to work with the same, tight knit group of people. I agreed to his offer to perform a market analysis on my personal residence as I knew the location of my home would be a challenge to assess. We spoke at length while reviewing his analysis and I came to appreciate his perspective on the market, approach with evaluating potential investments and his analytic mind set. Fast forward several months and I worked with him on the sale of one of my investment properties. He handled this sale like a champ. We experienced every possible challenge you could think of. We received complicated offers, I was traveling on business for weeks on end and nearly unavailable, surprise repairs needed ahead of closing and I even changed my mind about selling at some point. Bill didn’t blink, complain or lose patience. He calmly explored every possible solution to each road block as they came in. We eventually sold the investment property for a great price and I couldn’t be happier. Not just with the sale, but with Bill. This guy is a rock star, a fantastic negotiator and I trust him. He is now both my preferred agent and friend.

I rarely write reviews but great customer service is so rare these days I felt I had to share my experience with others. Bill was fantastic to deal with. I moved from out of state and had a very short window to locate and secure property. Bill went above and beyond researching areas for me and doing the legwork to look into the properties I was interested in. In fact, I trusted him so much, I purchased my home sight unseen (and I love it). He went above and beyond in so many ways and never once made me feel like I was imposing (and I know I was). I haven't experienced customer service like this in a long time and it was very refreshing. I gladly give him my highest recommendation and know who I will be working with, should I decide to move again.

Let me start off with saying that I'm not one to usually leave a review. Bill was such a pleasure to work with, however, I had no choice but to recommend his services to others. I was recommended Bill by my sister who had just purchased a home in Central District through him a couple years ago. I spoke with Bill and told him what I wanted, location, price, and condition- that's it! From then on, Bill was on top of everything. He sent me listing everyday. He made calls to make sure that I was not going into a sunken place know as the 'Seattle Competitive Housing Market.' Bottom line, he made time! He cared, he went over & beyond in every stage of the process, and he is just such a great person to work with. In the end, he found me exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend to anyone who reads this, and to all of my family & friends looking to buy/sell their properties. Thanks Bill & Tara!

I recently worked with Bill to sell my house in West Seattle based on a great reference from my fiancé. He was amazing to work with. We worked closely together to determine a pricing strategy and presentation that would attract buyers and hopefully gain escalations. Given the Seattle market, our hope was a 10% escalation, give or take; we saw 23% over asking price! Bill's connections in the trade and services communities paid off big-time as well since I was in the process of relocating out of state and needed extra help on a number of matters and his network within the agent community greatly smoothed negotiations and progress throughout the process. Even given the drive to what most folks consider 'way out there' and a number of constraints placed on him by my new company's relocation service, Bill was always helpful, fun to work with, and on top of things, right down to helping with the last-minute fixes after the house was under contract and I was already out of state. Bill is a legitimately good guy doing great work. If you're looking to buy or sell in the Seattle area, I highly recommend working with him!

Wow! Where do I begin? I shopped long and hard for an agent and didn't meet anyone who even came close to Bill Reilly. Bill is an absolute gem! It was fairly easy to find agents who knew the local market, were talented negotiators, and were willing and able to fight for clients when needed. Bill, of course, is a master of all of these things, but what sets him apart is how genuine, honest, and likable he is! Buying a home is huge adventure. It's stressful, unpredictable, and chaotic. The process can feel, at times, a lot like a rollercoaster ride. If you are going to ride the rollercoaster, then Bill is the person that you want on board with you. He is incredibly responsive -I rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for a response to an email, text, or call. He really listens to his clients, strives to meet their needs and goals, and doesn't push clients beyond their comfort zones. Throughout the process, Bill shared his honest, thoughtful perspective to ensure that I was fully informed and that I got the home that I wanted, even if it meant that he might miss out on an easy sale. I did a lot of research on my own but I still learned so much from him at every step of the home buying process. It was such a treat to work with someone that I could trust to always have my best interests at heart. Shopping for a home with Bill felt like searching with a trusted friend. He was incredibly patient - which is a huge plus in this Seattle market and he gave me the same attention that he gave clients who were shopping in much higher price ranges. Every client matters to Bill and he makes sure that you know it. All-in-all shopping for and purchasing a home with Bill was an enjoyable process and an exciting ride. If you are looking for an agent you can trust and will enjoy spending the next few months of your life in constant communication with - look no further. Bill Reilly is your guy.

Working with Bill was a pleasure from start to finish. Bill assisted us with selling our home. He was never negative about any of the concerns I had during the process. It took us almost a year to be ready to sell and even during that uncertain time, Bill would send market updates and check to see if we had any questions (which I had many!) When we were ready to sell Bill was very honest in his opinion on our home and what improvements we should, and should not, do. I was hesitant but in the end the upgrades we made allowed our home to stand out from the growing crowd and not only sell quickly, but for more than asking, which was incredible during the quickly changing market we were in. Working professionally with vendors and salespeople for 20+ years gives me a lot of respect for good representatives, and Bill earned my respect. I was recommended Bill by a good friend of mine that he assisted with the purchase of their current home, and I have no hesitation in recommending Bill to you for your real estate needs, too.

Both buying a new home and selling our previous home were an absolute breeze with Bill. The ease at which it all went felt fairly unprecedented for the crazy Seattle market. With Bill we landed the first home we put an offer on (under asking price), and sold our home for well over asking in a day. Bill is always quick to respond and eager to help you find your new home (or sell) and is always super honest and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have throughout the process. Can't recommend Bill enough!

Bill was amazing to work with in the recent sale of our Seattle townhouse. He went above and beyond with our house - we were selling after buying a home in Eastern WA and Bill took care of everything that we couldn't be there for - walk throughs with our paint/carpet people, the stagers, making sure the cleaners did a thorough job. Being far away added an extra level of stress to our sale and Bill made it as seamless as possible. He was in regular communication with us about what was still needed as we moved towards our list date and kept an eye on the house while it was sitting vacant. Once listed, Bill did a great job of keeping us in the loop of number of tours taken, any feedback received, etc. We could not have been more thrilled with receiving multiple over-ask offers on the house. We definitely attribute our successful and quick sale to Bill for his solid advice and recommendations on preparing the house for listing. I cannot say enough good things about what it was like working with Bill and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Seattle area.

Bill Reilly is an excellent real estate broker and a friend. He is empathic, has a warm personality and creates a very pleasant experience for anyone to obtain success in real estate business. My husband and I went unrepresented on an open house in Washington in April 2019, where we were impressed by Bill, how he introduced himself and offered to help us. He shared with us various disruptive (positive) patterns he observed in the market to drive successful sale and purchase of a house. For any business, I value only very talented, tenacious, trustworthy and resilient associations. Here I found compatibility in my strategic and working style with Bill, when searching for a house myself. In market analytics and investments in real estate, I myself have an experienced mindset along with computational skills. Naturally, this created a large set of questions to be answered to help make informed decisions quickly. With Bill’s own expertise and experience in the real-estate market, his unique networking adeptness to connect with brokers in local businesses, and his inherent association with Windermere, created a powerful localized resource for me as his client to derive valuable insights into any property of interest. Despite ambiguity and market fluctuations, it became much easier to zero in on the house my husband and I now own. From creating very unique and impactful (contract) offers to having every resource available to us (from access to any on-sale property, to having ready contacts of last-minute quality inspectors and mortgage lender), Bill lead our real-estate contracts and negotiations to success. His proactiveness and great responsiveness helped us to make decisions in time-sensitive environments with confidence. We are thankful to him that we were able to find a house within our budget in the neighborhood of our choice in a month!

I have bought and sold multiple homes and worked with many good realtors. Working with Bill has been my best experience so far! He is very knowledgeable about the Seattle market and guided me throughout the entire home buying process from neighborhood selection to negotiation and closing. He is very patient. For example, he once showed me the same house three different times because I just wasn’t able to make up my mind. He really tried to understand my needs, preferences and constraints; earned my trust and never once did I feel that he didn’t have my best interests in his mind. Best of all, while the home buying process in Seattle can be quite stressful, his sense of humor, friendliness and local knowledge makes it seem quite effortless. Highly recommend!

What can I say? Bill is an extraordinary agent. He was professional, courteous, and so genuinely enthused about houses and market trends that it was easy to talk and ask about everything and anything. We kept inundating him with mundane questions, and he answered them all or followed up with us on every single question with his big smile and hearty chuckle. Even today, over a month after closing, he still will check in to see how we’re adjusting, how the house is, etc. But he also has the “go get em” mentality, forwarding our best interests when the ink hit paper. In the world of pre-approvals and waive everything just to be considered for an offer, Bill was a breath of fresh air. He walked us through the hellish nightmare of the current buying market with a reasoned approach and a big smile. He did legwork for us to maximize the time we had to spend with him touring houses. The profile he developed on us was to the point that Bill could be our shrink. We’ll miss speaking with him on a frequent basis, but we feel like we've gained a house, and a friend.

Bill handled the sale of our family home with an enormous amount of sensitivity and professionalism. We are out-of-town owners, so he also took on the role of overseeing the vacant house while it was on the market, going by regularly to check on everything. He worked with vendors to do the work that the house and yard needed, and gave us good advice about what improvements were worth investing in and what would not be beneficial. He marketed the house well, in a fairly traditional and effective manner - not a lot of social media bells and whistles, but our sense is that much of that type of marketing is over-hyped. Bill was aware of the possibility that the market could shift and helped us manage expectations in a very hot market - his pricing analysis was conservative but reasonable, and we received many offers that were well over asking. When it came to reviewing the offers, Bill's true colors really shone. We didn't want to take the highest, best offer, but rather wanted to find owners who would treasure the house as we had. Bill was gracious about the implications of our approach for him financially, and was genuinely happy to be able to participate in a transaction that was based on heart more than on profit. Bill was a delight to work with - he was very even-keeled, professional, and knowledgable. I am also a real estate professional, and I know a skilled and trustworthy partner when I meet one: Bill is that and more.

Bill and team managed to guide me through the purchase of my new home with integrity, respect, responsiveness, and a willingness to go above and beyond with regard to my personal needs during the deal. Together, we looked for property for over a year, and Bill remained, 'in the game,' the entire time. When we finally found the right property, the purchase was quicker and more painless than I expected! Thank you, Bill.

Bill has a rare temperament that I found indispensable as our agent - a seemingly impossible mix of laid back ease yet with the ability to go to the mat for you hard at a moment's notice. The Seattle market intimidated me greatly. I could see us getting priced out of our preferred neighborhoods with each passing day and prepared myself for the worst after hearing nothing but horror stories from people who recently navigated this cutthroat local market. But thanks to Bill the whole experience was as close to a breeze as I could possibly imagine. I have actually been sheepish to tell other home owning friends how easy and satisfying this all was for fear of them hating me. But I'm certainly not shy about telling my friends who haven't yet made that jump into the tumultuous real estate waters. Home buyers need a Bill in their life. Bill is awesome. He takes his time to get a feel for what you are looking for - what you see as pluses and what you see as minuses - to help you weed through the clutter but also find hidden gems. All the while he just listens - no pressure. Once you are ready to act though he changes gear immediately. He pressed hard everyday to line things up for us and kept us in the loop without overwhelming us. Ultimately we were able to close on a bigger and better house than we could have ever dreamed in a neighborhood we had given up hope of getting into. All of this was done - from our first day out to see houses to close - within a month and a half and probably could have been done sooner if he didn't push it out a bit to help us avoid an additional mortgage payment (which we didn't mind at all). I am overjoyed with the house we ended up in and we have Bill to thank for it.

Bill helped us get organized about what needed to be done to get our house ready for sale: what was worth fixing, and what things could be a lower priority. During the whole process, he knew when to give us time and space, and when to encourage us to get contractors scheduled. He knows the local market and made it easier than than I would have thought to arrive at a listing price that brought us a solid offer in less than a week. He was always responsive, attentive to our concerns, and a pleasure to work with as well!

My wife and I retained Bill to assist with the sale of our home in Kenmore, WA. Even though we were "on the fence" about selling for over a year after contacting Bill, he was never pushy nor condescending towards us and I really appreciated that approach. My prior RE agent from past home purchases were not as kind or patient. I will be sure to recommend Bill to any family or friends who may need assistance with their real estate needs in the future.

Bill was AMAZING to work with! His knowledge of the local markets guided us in setting the perfect sale price for our home. He was so responsive and clearly communicated every step of the process. He also had so many resources - from handman contacts for repairs, partial staging experts, window cleaners etc. He was a great advocate and negotiator on our our behalf during the final steps and helped wrap everything up after closing. Bill made the stress of selling a home disappear. We couldn't have chosen a better realtor to work with!
