Betsy kept me informed every step of the way, gave me the best advice and followed up on any concerns I had. I highly recommend her! Just a few days before closing the buyers' lender had concerns about some of the details on the purchase and sale agreement. They required our closing date to move out, and Betsy went the extra mile to make sure I was informed and that I was compensated for anything due to the delay.

Betsy was both the selling agent for our house and our buying agent for our new home. We have lived in our home for over 26 years and Betsy advised us on getting our house ready to sell and helped us to find great people to do the work we needed done. As we neared our listing date, Betsy also kept us up-to-date with changes occurring in the local market. Thanks to her, we felt as prepared as we could be for the market slow-down and drop in home prices. Betsy was always at the ready with new strategies needed to attract buyers and to finally sell our home. In addition to our unfortunate timing in listing our house, we knew that our house would not be attractive to everyone. It has dramatic architecture and is located on a hilly, wooded site; it's not for the buyer who wants a traditional home with a manicured lawn. Betsy recognized all of these challenges and educated herself about the engineering of the house and property. She skillfully conveyed this information to potential buyers. Betsy was always direct and honest with us. Yet, she was also positive and upbeat. Once our house sold, she was ready to help us find a new home--within two days of receiving an offer on our house, we made an offer to buy a house. Again, she has provided us with invaluable advice to help us navigate this process. Her help didn't stop with the acceptance of our offer. Betsy continued to monitor the status of our mortgage processing and to coordinate a smooth move-in with the seller's agent. Without her considerable expertise in the real estate market, this would really have been a difficult time for us; we consider ourselves fortunate that Betsy was our realtor.

Betsy was my agent 17 years ago when I bought my property and when I needed an agent to sell my home again, she was my first pick. Without even putting up a "For Sale" sign, she already found an interested buyer and the process was smooth sailing from there. Apart from her proficiency behind the desk, Betsy knows how to wield a hammer, literally. She has volunteered many hours with Habitat for Humanity and has traveled across the globe assisting this organization achieve its' goals. This lends her a practical sense to the perspective of real estate, architecture and construction.
