Ben and Roger were very helpful, making the first-time home buyer process easy with a great result. I was very happy with the houses that Ben helped show me and his personal assessment of each house. They are both very familiar with the Seattle market and well-connected, such that all of the process and paperwork went very smoothly and was seamless. Ben was also very responsive during the process and helped me get and helped follow through on a good contract, so that I was happy with the house and also happy with the process, was well-informed, and I feel that everyone involved in the transaction came out with a good outcome.

Ben helped me buy my first home amidst a crazy Seattle market with limited supply and extremely high escalations. From the get-go he was professional and well rehearsed, but personable and friendly. I was quickly able to trust him in finding the right home for me. He took the time to understand what is important to me, where I am able to budge, and my long term aspirations. After just a handful of tours and one prior offer, we found the house I really wanted. Ben strategically worked with the seller's agent to understand what it would take to get the winning bid and executed immediately. I was able to get the house in an early offer for less than the projected market value on Zillow and Redfin. I will definitely be referring Ben to family and friends, and working with him in the future on my next house purchase.

Being a first time home buyer and the Seattle market was a stressful combination. However, I was lucky enough to have Ben as my agent to help navigate the market. Ben took the time to get to know me, what I wanted and what I needed. As time went on and multiple offers didn’t get accepted Ben was patient and reassured me that something would work out. Ben never pressured me to put an offer in and was always very detailed in going through the offer and our strategy each time. Ben was so great! He helped us simultaneously sell our Capitol Hill condo and purchase a Capitol Hill house, which was no easy feat. Our condo was a very unique property but Ben did a lot of research and had great ideas for how to get max exposure and interest in the condo. He was super responsive and helpful with all our questions and definitely went above and beyond in so many ways throughout the 6+ months we worked with him. When my daughter was ready to buy her first home, she wss very apprehensive. We met Ben at an open house and he impressed us with his presentation of the home and his no pressure approach to salesmanship. We selected him as our buyer's agent after interviewing him and two others. Our instincts were right. Ben was amazingly supportive, helpful, and patient while my daughter narrowed her search to a certain style home and just three neighborhoods. Ben previewed many properties for us and was honest in his assessment of each in terms of my daughter's criteria.
