Ultimately, Austin’s approach to real estate is simple: He’s most interested in taking care of his people and ensuring they truly have expert guidance throughout the process.
Your Advocate
At the heart of Austin’s business, you’ll find clients who repeatedly hire him and recommend his real estate services to family and friends. He takes pride in the fact that about 90% of his business is referral-based, and it is his top priority to take excellent care of each client who trusts him. Ethical decision making and high-quality service are essential to a successful home buying and selling process. Austin serves as a true fiduciary to his clients, and he does not take this responsibility lightly.
Austin has worked with many different types of clients over the years, from long-time homeowners to first time home buyers, and seasoned investors. At every phase of the process, he offers his dedication and patience. Austin’s experience with contracts, nuanced transactions and changing markets allows him to provide expert negotiation skills and quality advice.
First-Hand Experience
Austin is a numbers guy with a science background, and his analytical side and systems-based approach combined with the fact that he brings his own personal real estate experience to the table puts his clients at an advantage.
Austin has had the opportunity to invest in single-family homes, multi-family properties and a commercial business. With the first multi-family property he bought, Austin and his dad remodeled each unit in the triplex one by one. Kitchen remodels, installing flooring, getting rid of that popcorn ceiling… he’s done it all!
Because of this first-hand experience, Austin is well-versed in what qualities make a property a strong investment, whether you are buying a home to live in yourself or you’re making a purchase to grow your portfolio.
Love Where You Live
REALTOR® Austin Wagner has lived all over the South Puget Sound; University Place, Gig Harbor, Olympia, and Tacoma have all been home at some point.
Currently, Austin lives in North Tacoma, and while Tacoma’s North End just happens to be his favorite neighborhood, he appreciates how each of Tacoma’s communities (and the neighboring cities) offer something unique.
Austin moved to Tacoma from Yakima to attend University of Puget Sound, where he earned a degree in molecular and cellular biology, and played football. Right after graduating, Austin began his real estate career in 2017 and has never looked back!
Austin Outside of Real Estate
Time spent with friends is Austin’s favorite past time. A good game of chess, debating, traveling, or just grabbing brunch (he suggests a burrito from Grit City Breakfast Bar & Grill, or a nice morning at La Sel Bistro), are some of his favorite activities.
Trips Lake Chelan are always a good time, too—Austin grew up going to Lake Chelan and loves time spent in the sun or on the water.
Athletics are also a passion—as a kid, Austin traveled all over the country as a wrestler, and he loves staying active.
