My journey started in 2004 as a personal assistant to a Realtor — learning the business from the inside out. Over the years I picked up hands-on skills in painting, repairs, gardening, and staging, so I see homes the way buyers do: as spaces with stories. Add a background in marketing and visual media, and I know how to tell those stories in a way that demands attention.

I'm also a UC Davis Certified Mediator, which might be the credential that surprises people most — and the one that helps them the most. Buying or selling a home comes with real pressure: competing offers, inspection curveballs, tight timelines, and big emotions. My mediation training means I know how to keep negotiations on track, cool things down when stress runs high, and help everyone find a path forward — even when it gets complicated. I'm a problem-solver who moves with urgency but never pressure. I also hold certifications through LeadingRE Military on the Move and LeadingRE Heroes! — which means military members and first responders I work with receive a credit at closing and access to dedicated support.
