My name is Arturo Zavala, and I am honored to have worked exclusively under the Windermere Real Estate banner for all 11 years of my career. From the very beginning, my business has been built on relationships, service, and doing what is right for the client, every time. My business model is simple: Live to serve. There is no transaction too small or too complex when a client's best interest is at the center. Knowledge, experience, trust, and genuine relationships are the foundation of my continued growth, and that is what I proudly hang my professional hat on.

I am proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout Chelan, Manson, Wenatchee, East Wenatchee and the surrounding areas, including Orondo, Pateros, Brewster, Bridgeport, Cashmere, Rock Island, Malaga, and Peshastin.

My experience spans single-family homes, multi-family, investment, underwriting, commercial real estate, vacant land development, luxury waterfront properties, relocation services, and second-home living. Whether helping a first-time home buyer, an investor, or a family purchasing their dream Lake Chelan waterfront home, my focus remains the same: advocacy, strategy, and long-term trust.

The majority of my business comes from an organic stream of referrals, a reflection of the relationships I have built and the trust my clients place in me. I don't lose sight of the fact that real estate is not about transactions alone; it is about people, families, and life transitions.

I was raised in the Lake Chelan community and am now proud to be raising my own family here. Growing up in this region has given me a deep understanding of its neighborhoods, shoreline, market cycles, and the lifestyle that makes this area so special.

Today, my wife and I are raising our two young children here. Hiking local trails, spending time on the water, supporting local businesses, and enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds us (along with our dog, Lincoln, who never misses an outdoor adventure).

I am also grateful to stay involved in the community that has given so much to my family. I serve as a Chelan Valley Hope board member, sit on the Roots Community School Board, and am a proud member of the Lake Chelan Rotary Club, where I have the opportunity to support local initiatives and help strengthen the community we call home.

At the end of the day, this career is about something greater than property. It is about helping people, treating every individual with dignity and care, and building a legacy of trust that outlasts any single transaction.
