I’m Anita Fawcett — a Managing Broker, longtime Realtor, and full-time real estate nerd (the useful kind). I’ve been doing this since 2005 and earned my Managing Broker license in 2015, which basically means I’ve seen a lot, solved a lot, and can spot a good deal — or a bad one — from a mile away. I proudly serve Greater Snohomish, Skagit, and Island Counties, and I know these markets like the back roads I’ve driven a thousand times.

My job is simple: make real estate feel a whole lot less stressful and a whole lot more successful for you. I stay glued to what’s happening locally — pricing trends, neighborhood shifts, buyer behavior, the stuff that actually matters — so you’re never guessing. You’ll always know what the market’s doing and what your best move is.

If you’re buying, I take the time to learn what “the right home” really means to you (not just bedrooms and bathrooms, but lifestyle, future plans, and what makes you excited to walk through the door). Then I help you get it — with smart strategy and strong negotiation so you don’t overpay or get pushed around.

If you’re selling, I’m equal parts strategist and hype-team. We’ll highlight what makes your home special, price it right, market it hard, and bring in the kind of buyers who are ready to play ball. The goal isn’t just to sell — it’s to sell well.

If you’re investing or working on the commercial side, I’m your detail-obsessed analyst. I’ll dig into the numbers, the upside, the risks, and the long-term potential so you can make a decision you feel solid about now and later.

People describe me as responsive, honest, calm under pressure, and relentlessly in their corner. I care a lot about doing right by my clients, and I’m not shy about rolling up my sleeves to make sure every step goes smoothly.

Real estate is a big move — financially, emotionally, and logistically — and you deserve someone who treats it that way. If you want a straight-shooting advocate who’ll educate you, protect you, and make the process feel doable (maybe even a little fun), I’d love to help.
