My Story:

Hello! Thank you for stopping by my page. Here, I will let you in on who I am, a little about my family, my passions and why I chose real estate as a career choice.

I became a licensed Realtor in November 2019. As we all recall, this was on the heels of the pandemic. I waded into my new career path slowly, as I helped navigate my kids through all the twists and turns of the next year. I have been with Windermere Group One since day one. The decision to work with this brokerage has reaped it's benefits time and time again. In a competitive career, I am amongst peers who choose to treat you like family vs competition. We all succeed when we work together. I'm not competitive by nature. Rather, I thrive on problem solving. I enjoy a good puzzle. I believe there is a solution for everything. Even if option B is the one that unfolds, over option A, life is still good. And often times, option B turns out to be what we thought option A should have been. However, don't mistake being non-competitive for not being able to get the job done. My goal is to represent you in the best way possible, and for all parties to walk away from a transaction with tears of joy instead of...well, the alternative.

I was born and raised in Kennewick, graduating from Kennewick High School. I still bleed orange and black and I still can't listen to "Welcome To The Jungle" without visualizing our football team running onto the field at Lampson Stadium. I've watched our community grow in wonderful ways. However, even with living here as long as I have, I'm always learning something new. I get encouraged by the new entrepreneurs who have invested in our community with their businesses and their creativity. It's always exciting to see someone fall in the love with the city you have a deep fondness for.

At the ripe age of 20, I was given the opportunity to work at a local bank. Someone gave me the opportunity, with no prior training or skill; they took a chance on me. I enjoyed everything about banking. The relationship building with clients. Finding solutions that mututally served the client and the bank. I spent time as a Teller, a New Account Representative and Loan Processor.

My husband and I have 5 "kids" between the two of us. They're really young adults now. Each uniquely different, they are paving their own paths and I couldn't be more proud of them. My family is my very favorite hobby.

Ask most Realtors why they got into the business and they will tell you, "because I love houses". I'm no different. I appreciate a good house, a bad house, a tiny house and a big house. I even like the dirt that has no house!

My career is to help you buy or sell a home. My passion is to help you find a solution to whatever situation you are in. Whether you don't know where to start to get pre-approved for a loan, or you have a job that needs done. I work with lenders, electricians, painters and plumbers who all want to serve you. Anything from restaurants to car mechanics, consider reaching out. I'd be glad to get to know and assist you. Give me a call, text or email!
